This restaurant is located in a picturesque setting amid the mountains of Monte Livata, near the start of hiking and trekking trails. There's ample parking all around. The food is very good; we had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by fresh ricotta and polenta. The agnolotti were delicious, as were the arrosticini, sausage, and baked potatoes. Everything was truly excellent. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful. Reservations are recommended to reserve your table, as it gets very busy.

You definitely need to book, and it's easy to see why. The food is top-quality, perfectly cooked. I ate the best arrosticini in the world, but with every course there was a new surprise because every dish was delicious. Gigi, the owner, is a wonderful person. When we arrived, all the tables were full, but it was worth the wait. Even though we were full, three of us had tiramisu... We could have easily eaten one each. At the end, the coffee and licorice liqueur offered were also spectacular.

We spent lunch on June 29th at Cristallo di Neve.
What can I say...
Fantastic...
The appetizers of beef tartare and smoked carpaccio with fresh local truffle were fantastic...
The first courses of venison pappardelle and wild boar strozzapreti were fantastic...
The second courses were fantastic, with an Argentinean entrecote and a pork shank to remember.
The homemade tiramisu was fantastic...
The service was excellent, as was the wine selection, and Gigi's welcome made you feel right at home.
The management changes, but the result doesn't change... quite the opposite!!!
Thanks again to all the staff for a wonderful day.

Cristallo di Neve is a must-visit every time I climb Monte Livata. The atmosphere is welcoming and reminiscent of a mountain refuge, perfect for relaxing.
We ate homemade gnocchi with wild boar ragù and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, which were truly flavorful and filling.
The staff was friendly, so we even left tips;
the only downside is that it gets very busy on weekends, so it's best to book.

An unforgettable birthday, impeccable service, and top-quality food.
The owner was able to guide us in choosing the right wine, pairing it perfectly with the carpaccio (I must say, one of the best I've ever eaten).

Even though the place was packed (I later realized it was every Sunday), Gigi was very helpful in suggesting we wait for a seat outside (first bonus).
Once we were seated, he advised and pampered us throughout the meal, fulfilling all our requests.
Eating outside in the summer at Campo dell'Osso with the perfect temperature is already a wonderful experience. But when you add all the delicacies we savored, it becomes truly memorable.
The young, smiling, and helpful service is the icing on the cake.
