We spent the holiday here. The food was excellent and plentiful, the owner was extremely helpful and kind, and the staff was professional, albeit young! An experience we'd definitely repeat!

I've eaten here a couple of times over the years, and I have to say it's consistently good. The quality is excellent, as is the availability.
Reservations are recommended, of course, and well in advance, otherwise there's almost certainly no room.

Lunch with friends, excellent spinach salad and excellent polenta with sausage and puntata. To finish, a magnificent and light tiramisu. The staff was kind, attentive, and friendly.

For years, Cristallo di Neve has been associated with two prominent figures in the restaurant industry: Irene and Maurizio.
Today, these two gurus of fine dining and drinking have begun a new adventure at Rocca dei Borgia, handing over the reins of the historic Campo dell'Osso venue to their grandchildren, Francesca and Gigi.
The result is like changing the order of things: SAME, EXCEPTIONAL!
The quality of the ingredients is always top-notch, and today's lunch, featuring appetizers of carpaccio and Angus beef tartare, followed by meat agnolotti with Gorgonzola cream, saffron, and grated truffle, and strozzapreti with wild boar ragù, was the pinnacle of flavor.
The tiramisu with coffee poured directly by the good Gigi (who also knows his stuff about wines and spirits) and the rum and chocolate cake concluded a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Because both of them, like their uncles and the young, highly trained staff, besides offering delicious dishes, managed to make you feel "at home."
We'll be back as soon as possible!

A quaint mountain restaurant with a welcoming, family atmosphere. The Angus carpaccio and beef tartare are excellent, as are the ricotta and spinach ravioli and the perfect wild boar strozzapreti. The shank alone is worth the trip. To finish, the homemade desserts include a tiramisu to remember.
Super attentive and helpful staff. Fair prices.
