01/01/2026: We stayed here with friends for a short post-Christmas break. The hotel is a bit dated, but still adequate. Mr. Piero was always kind and available to answer any of our questions. The rooms were very clean, and the location is excellent for reaching ski resorts and exploring the local towns. Last but not least, breakfast and dinner were a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, high-quality, and well-cooked. Highly recommended. Excellent value.

Excellent selection, especially the first courses; we chose the white lasagna with mozzarella, speck, and artichokes, it was tops! 😋 The owner was incredibly friendly, excellent value, and generous portions! Highly recommended!

05/07/2025: It's strange to find traditional Roman pizza in Tagliacozzo but that's how it is. The first time we stopped by chance just before closing and it seemed like a "normal" place. We returned a few days later and the line filled the sidewalk! I don't like queuing (under the sun) but it was worth it and that's all I have to say. Only white, red and potato pizza. Few things but done well.

27/09/2025: Lovely pizzeria, with apparently good food even for Italians! We seemed to be the only non-Italians in the packed restaurant. Excellent service, fantastic food! Absolutely recommended!

29/06/2025: In transit in Luco dei Marsi, lunch time, I check on Google I stop at the Il Corallo Restaurant, I call and speak with the owner Mr. Angelo.. a very kind person and immediately made himself available despite a banquet. Entering inside the very welcoming restaurant, we were welcomed as if we were family. Super excellent dishes, a note of merit to the royal with pine nuts.. compliments, I will keep your number also recommending it to friends..

16/11/2025: A dinner with a difference. We wandered in by chance, unfamiliar with the unique character of this place, and what was supposed to be a classic dinner turned into a pleasant experience, tasting wine and olive oil paired with thoughtfully prepared dishes. The owner's company and passion are definitely a plus. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're expecting to know how much you'll pay.

13/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant and I have to say the pizza is truly delicious: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. From this perspective, there's nothing to complain about; it's definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in recent memory. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the excessive wait at the door to be seated. Even though we had a reservation, we waited much longer than expected. Once we were seated, the service was also quite slow: it took a long time between ordering and the pizzas arriving. In conclusion, I recommend this place solely for the quality of the pizza, which is truly excellent, but be prepared for long waits and service that isn't always up to par. With better organization, it could become a perfect place.

18/01/2026: A small, intimate restaurant with very simple furnishings. The host welcomed us warmly and presented the daily menu. We opted for the three-course cod-based menu. For the appetizer, a tart with cod, potatoes, chicory, dried tomatoes, and burrata: very good and with truly balanced flavors, a great starter to start the meal. For the first course, we had tagliatelle with tomato sauce, cod, Taggiasca olives, raisins, and a pinch of chili pepper: these were truly spectacular, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and with that occasional sweet note. Truly delicious! For the second course, we had cod with honey mushrooms and pink peppercorns: this was also very good, although I'm not exactly a big fan of pink peppercorns, especially when you bite into the whole grain and the flavor completely covers the taste of the rest of the dish. For dessert, we tried dry wine-flavored donuts and a rum and chocolate leavened cake. Both were delicious. A rosé from the Trabocchi Coast was a fitting accompaniment to our dinner. All in all, €45 per person seemed reasonable, especially considering we ate a full menu, with generous portions and dishes prepared with quality ingredients.

17/01/2026: Nine of us had lunch here. The potato croquettes were cooked on the outside but raw on the inside. The staff was inexperienced. Tiramisu was definitely not recommended (like the gentian one). The pasta was overcooked and the carpaccio was frozen and tasteless. If you want to eat here, get Montepulciano red wine and really good arrosticini.
