05/06/2025: Familiar and well-kept environment, friendly staff. Excellent pizza, good fried food even if frozen (correctly indicated on the menu). Good quality/price ratio.

10/07/2025: I've known her for years, and I usually reserve trays there for special occasions, like birthdays, etc. The lady is incredibly kind! I'd go back a thousand times just for the service, and the pizzas are always beautiful and delicious! If you're craving a quick pizza, it's the best in L'Aquila! 🏰

30/04/2025: The best pizza by the slice in L'Aquila. Canguro in Via Strinella, not to be confused with the others. All the kindness and courtesy of the Employees takes second place. Prices absolutely normal Take the filling with bresaola, rocket and parmesan flakes.

10/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena durante una breve gita in Abruzzo, abbiamo trovato piatti tipici buonissimi (arrosticini incredibili!) , ma sopratutto gentilezza e cordialità da parte dei proprietari… lo consiglio a chi passa da queste parti.

09/08/2025: A truly exceptional restaurant, with zero wait times, excellent product quality, and prompt service. Prices are a bit high, but it's worth the trip. The waiters are extremely kind and professional. The only downside is that the menu is very limited, and sometimes they don't even have the few dishes they offer (regardless of how busy they are). Otherwise, as I've already mentioned, it remains one of the best places, if not the best, in the area.

19/04/2025: È veramente incredibile vedere che nel 2025 esistono pizzerie/ristoranti in cui i cani non sono ammessi. Soprattutto quando vengono a mancare alcuni requisiti essenziali nella ristorazione. Ci hanno fatto accomodare in una saletta dove eravamo completamente soli ed il nostro cane non avrebbe dato fastidio a nessuno, essendo tranquillissimo. Dalla suddetta saletta si vedeva la Toilette con la porta costantemente spalancata. Nella stessa mancavano completamente la carta per asciugarsi le mani e la carta igienica e il sapone scarseggiava. Ci è stato detto che il cane non poteva entrare perché una della cameriere era allergica. È stata vicino al nostro tavolo per circa due minuti, poverina avrà sicuramente rischiato una reazione anafilattica. Lascio a chi legge commentare il livello di questo locale.

31/08/2025: Kindness always makes the difference! And this is the bar on the Corso. From the owner, Luca, attentive, present, and sensitive, to Angelo who makes a superb cappuccino, especially on Sundays, Laurence so helpful and empathetic, and Greta for her beautiful blue eyes that always smile. My 5 stars go to all of them, to their constant daily commitment, to their ability to stay on top of things even at the end of the day. They say the customer is always right! In my opinion, that's not true. They're the ones who make the difference. We customers should have more patience, but also more respect. Finally, a special mention goes to Cinzia, to whom I owe the lovely, fleeting yet meaningful chats that transcend everything else. Best regards, and good luck! Tania

16/07/2025: A restaurant offering traditional Abruzzo cuisine with Roman influences. The first courses weren't as tasty as expected, but the arrosticini were excellent and cooked to perfection. The limit on the number of arrosticini per table is incomprehensible. The service was attentive and professional, although the wait for the arrosticini was quite long.

05/07/2025: Restaurant discovered by chance, we return every time we are in the area. Nice environment and very kind staff. The meat is very good but the first courses are also very good.

23/08/2025: Here's my experience at this wonderful restaurant! I booked by phone and found the place by chance on Google Maps. The restaurant is very quaint and impressive, with an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The gentleman who served us was truly clear and excellent in his role: he explained some of our questions and recommended appetizers with great professionalism. The food was simply exceptional! The appetizer was varied and immediately won us over; the Gricia was flavorful and tasty, and the tender fillet melted in your mouth. And last but not least... the desserts were delicious: the Catalan cream and the sour cherry tart (they would have been perfect if warmed up a little). 23/08/2025: I'm not a food critic, so I won't go into detail. My home cooking is always the best. Today, however, I ate well, appreciated the service, and the bill was reasonable. If I were to find myself in this area again, I'd return to this restaurant to feel at home for a while.

23/03/2025: Cucina semplice e servizio veloce e professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso poiché i prezzi sono sopra la media rispetto alla qualità della materia prima utilizzata. Coperto a 3,5 un po’ eccessivo visto che si mangia sulla carta e la porzione di pane per due persone (quindi 7€ in totale) è misera.

20/06/2025: In a delightful town, a characterful tavern that offers amazing and refined food... but it is also a wine shop... and also a cultural center... in short: a marvel! Local products of excellent quality and tasty. Roberto, the owner, and his wife are kind, friendly and helpful. The lady, then, in the kitchen is a true queen. Two menus: one traditional and one based on cod. I took both. Really delicious. And also the dessert: an exceptional interpretation of "drunk bread". A leavened product, between panettone and baba', that you absolutely must try. Don't miss this opportunity, take a trip and you will be amazed!
