16/05/2025: Restaurant with lots of dead and alive cockroaches, horrible food with rice made of plastic and unripe and expired fruit and vegetables or fish.🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮; they brought you Coca-Cola after 15 minutes of ordering it, I told the staff that there were cockroaches and the staff who ignored us the environment was horrible and lots of unpainted walls🫣 came from the restaurant with a stomach ache

09/05/2025: EMBARRASSING.. mediocre fish despite being on the menu at the same level as all you can eat. Mixed sashimi plate 20 euros 12 pieces of mixed fish arrive, a slice of sashimi should be at least 5x3 cm instead they were less than half and also stuck together not cut well. Salmon nigiri 17 euros for 10 pieces of which each slice was different from the other fish and cuts as they had different streaks and colors therefore not the same fillet. Udon disgusting, overcooked that seemed like mush and fish that tasted like a burnt pan, but at least they took these off the bill it makes little difference to me considering that I waited more than 20 minutes for a first course. Uramaki tiger decent even if the tempura boiled, the rice was too hot and the breading was overcooked. Lastly, people came in to order take away and they offered drinks for bills of 20/30 euros. I spent 73 euros and they charged me a can of coke served without a glass or straw or anything. When I pointed this out, they told me why if you take away while you wait, we offer you a beer, you eat here (and I waited 30 minutes for the first course anyway) and you don't pay the cover charge. But what cover charge, a plastic glass, no tablecloth and a paper napkin and a pair of shameful, poor quality wooden chopsticks. I'm not used to writing reviews or complaining but here it was truly shameful. Counter full of dust, Christmas tree lights like chandeliers, private photos of the staff on the walls, etc. etc., incredible.

01/05/2025: Wir waren dreimal dort – die Pizza ist einfach traumhaft, das Ambiente sehr schön und die Bedienung stets freundlich. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren lecker, allerdings wie so oft am Gardasee eher kleine Portionen. Die Preise sind im Vergleich durchaus günstig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

02/07/2025: Without a doubt there is taste, balance in sweetness and digestibility. We tried the risino (I prefer it to the Florentine one because it is less sweet), the ancient grain girella with the “premium” jam and the pain au chocolat. We did not appreciate the absence of prices indicated next to the products and the list of ingredients displayed in a corner. Considering the “artisanal” I would avoid the aromas (regardless of whether natural or not). The prices are not popular but are in line with the type of place, location and quality of the products.

17/06/2025: This was our "go to" morning stop to kickstart our day during our stay in Verona - 3 days - 3 visits. Great coffee, great croissants and pastries, great service. A very busy shop every day we were there. Probably a good thing we do not have such a shop close to home ;-). Outstanding! Highly recommend!!!

05/07/2025: Absolutely mediocre food. Waiters who are buzzing. The food on our table came up to 30 minutes apart. When the rest of us were finished, the last person got their food. A lot of potential for improvement here.

29/06/2025: Large, comfortable environment directly on the Mascagni terrace, very kind staff (we showed up with four dogs in tow) helpful, fast and the food really good. Definitely coming back!

15/06/2025: Service was terrible here from the male head waiter. He was so rude to us, took away one of our tables even thought our friends were drinking, gave us attitude, and overall unwelcoming. Food was overpriced and average. Disappointed. Only good thing was the female waitress was kind. Would NOT come here again….

17/05/2025: I have been going to this very nice and welcoming restaurant since I was little. The food is delicious and there is a variety of choices. I have been going there for more than 6 years and I have not yet finished trying all the foods on the menu. The prices are more than excellent and the staff is very kind and helpful ❤️

03/07/2025: Super nice atmosphere right on the water. Delicious food and a great selection of drinks. They even take care of your dog and provide fresh water. Prices are more than fair for Italy. Thank you for the lovely evening.

08/05/2025: Una critica costruttiva, Il Signore ha gia castigato gli intolleranti al lattosio. Mi chiedo , perché fare pagare 4 € extra Per un pseudo formaggio vegano che a mio avviso ha rovinato il gusto della pizza, Il quale viene messo al posto dell’ottimo fior di latte che usate . Questo è il mio parere personale (Pizzaiolo per passione da 40 anni)

30/04/2025: Siamo stati qui per cena e ci hanno fatto accomodare nel soppalco. Purtroppo, non è stata una serata azzeccata. Già con il vino si è verificato il primo problema, rabosello inacidito, fatto cambiare, poi i contorni che non sono arrivati con la carne se non con molto ritardo. Il servizio va curato meglio e soprattutto deve essere coordinato.

29/04/2025: The ice cream is good, a real shame that the owner ruins everything. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the door was already closed. I walked all the way there to eat an ice cream and even though I asked to come in, the owner looked at me without replying, waiting for me to leave, even though I went there practically every evening. We were also kicked out of the restaurant because we were speaking even in a moderate tone just because a customer in the restaurant was making a phone call (which he could easily have made outside). Very rude and unwelcoming, I give one star because this is the worst among the ice cream shops in the area (and trust the reviews that complain about the rudeness).

08/06/2025: I really liked the 2016 pop music that was playing haha! My friend had mozzarella sticks and they were so good! The drinks are also pretty good, but it's really the atmosphere that makes this restaurant a good restaurant!

In all these years I have never had such disgusting aperitifs made without a minimum of criteria and without any desire to make them. It is not so much a question of money but instead for a question of health ... quickly change the barman and have him do anything else but the important thing is that you remove him from the counter
