One of the best dinners I've ever had. Excellent ingredients, spectacular dishes both visually and palatably, with unique and never banal flavors. Every detail is meticulously crafted. A new and very beautiful place. Antonio in the kitchen and Megan in the dining room. Easy to get to with adjacent parking.
The dishes are meticulously prepared and creative. You feel pampered in a peaceful atmosphere. They pay particular attention to customer needs. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Galateo for both dinner and lunch. The menu features a carefully curated and sophisticated selection, changing seasonally. Both appetizers and first and second courses are excellent. Special attention is paid to the ingredients used, with innovative combinations. The wine is served using a Coravin device, which preserves the aromas and flavors. The management is led by Antonio (chef) and Megan (reception and dining room staff). Highly recommended!

A truly promising new management. The restaurant has been renovated and meticulously maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive, professional service. The restaurant opened a few weeks ago. I went for dinner with friends and had a really good time. The dining room is managed by a very kind and knowledgeable person. I haven't had the chance to meet the chef, but his dishes are truly WOW. The menu includes four appetizers, four first courses, four second courses, and desserts. (I love it when there aren't a thousand dishes to choose from.) The presentation is very elegant and thoughtful, which is no small thing in my opinion. I ate really well and will be back soon to try some of their other specialties.

Wonderful restaurant.
The menu items are truly delicious; the meticulous research and selection of products is evident, especially with seasonal variations.
The staff is friendly, polite, and very accommodating to my requests, given my food intolerances.
The service is meticulously maintained, from the welcome to the meal itself.
The quality/price ratio is truly excellent, definitely one of the best restaurants I've tried in the last 10 years. Highly recommended. We'll be back very soon! 👍🏻😇

Excellent quality food, delicious, made with love and passion.

Relaxing and elegant atmosphere, with a very clean, well-kept, and quiet environment.
Wide selection of food and wines.
The price is a bit high, but considering the ingredients are sourced from small farmers and the excellent combination of flavors, I think it's worth it.
I had a first course (tagliatelle with duck ragù), a second course (guinea fowl with cherry sauce), a dessert (tiramisu), and a coffee.
You can see talent, professionalism, and passion.
One of the best elegant restaurants I've ever visited.
