06/09/2025: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Flego. I bought a single-serving tartlet, which, at a whopping €7, turned out to be tiny: three sliced ​​strawberries, a blueberry, a piece of melon, and a bit of cream. Nothing special, either in quality or flavor: a perfectly ordinary tartlet, like those found in any pastry shop in Verona, but at a price that would be an understatement. And the worst part is that I ordered it for takeout: no table service, no plates, no cutlery, not even the experience of eating on-site. Just a little box with their logo, which, paradoxically, also ends up advertising them. Paying so much for such a ridiculous product, and taking it away, is truly disgraceful. I must also say that perhaps it was my mistake not to ask the price before purchasing, and I might not have even noticed. However, I'm almost certain that on the counter, near the single-serving line, no prices were displayed besides the ingredients. If that were the case, it would be a serious oversight, because by law, customers must be able to clearly see the prices of the products they choose. I would understand a high price if we were on Via Mazzini, but this isn't even the main street. In my opinion, this is pure speculation, leaving customers feeling like they've been ripped off. A shame, because in Verona there are many honest, high-quality pastry shops that offer much better products at much more reasonable prices.

03/09/2025: Friendly staff but it comes off as a gluten-free pastry shop. Apart from the macarons which are not guaranteed to be gluten-free, there is nothing.

25/07/2025: This hotel is excellently managed by the owner who makes you feel right at home. The restaurant is excellent, with impeccable cuisine and a great selection of wines. Recommended.

01/05/2025: Wir waren dreimal dort – die Pizza ist einfach traumhaft, das Ambiente sehr schön und die Bedienung stets freundlich. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren lecker, allerdings wie so oft am Gardasee eher kleine Portionen. Die Preise sind im Vergleich durchaus günstig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Menu recommendation As appetizers Beef tartare or marinated trout carpaccio As first courses Paccheri with swordfish or for those who want to dare a little tagliolini with squid ink cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare (worth the dinner!!!) As second courses Tentacles of octopus cooked twice or beef fillet As for white wines I would take a lugana doc le create ottella or even a Manzoni bianco di cecchetto if you want to change grape variety or even the campo del soglio which has an ancient grape variety the tuchì the selva capuzza winery is one of the few wineries that grows it (excellent wine) While for reds Carmenere Mader La Viene Congratulations to everyone!
