09/10/2025: I love this pizzeria! The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. But the real star is the pizza: simply delicious! It's really hard not to order again. The only downside? After trying their pizza, it'll be almost impossible to find a flavor that compares. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: The location certainly has a different charm in the summer, but in winter, honestly, there are some aspects that need revisiting. It was quite cold inside even with the heating on: we weren't the only ones wearing jackets to stay comfortable. The dinner menu was rather sparse, with limited choice and a quality that didn't meet expectations. As a lounge bar, it might be okay, but as a restaurant, it's currently unimpressive. I hope they can improve these aspects, because the location has good potential.

29/10/2025: It's a shame about the frozen pizza or the pizza with a ready-made base... everything else was ok. PS. There was some initial confusion regarding the aperitif with comments from the young waiter who were not very polite.

01/11/2025: Last night, around 12:30 AM, I went to the Panzerotteria to buy two panzerotti and two potato balls, as I often do. The guy at the counter, looking a bit chubby, told me the panzerotti were still being prepared, so in the meantime he served me the meatballs. After trying one, I realized they didn't taste like potato balls, but rather meat. I went back to the counter to clarify, and at that moment another employee (a black guy) was there who told me that "potato balls don't exist," only meat ones. I calmly explained that I'd probably just used the wrong term, saying "meatballs" instead of "croquettes," and that I meant the potato ones. Then the first guy returned, acknowledged his mistake, apologized, and handed me the correct product. However, the other employee began behaving very rudely: he raised his voice, swore, and yelled in front of other customers, telling me to "learn Italian" and even asking the bodyguard to remove me from the establishment. I understand there may have been a linguistic misunderstanding, but that's not the way to address a customer. If I used an inappropriate term, it's normal to be politely corrected. Telling a customer to "learn Italian" is disrespectful, especially when the real problem stems from a simple miscommunication. I apologized to the bodyguard, who was kind and confirmed that he understood the situation. I believe such behavior is unacceptable in a public place, and I hope management takes action, selecting staff who respect customers and know how to handle misunderstandings with courtesy and professionalism.

24/09/2025: We go there very often for pranzo. It's always very good, and the service is quick and friendly. We'll be happy to come back.

12/10/2025: I went for pizza with a friend on Saturday night. After telling the staff we hadn't booked, the owner started giving us dirty looks and being extremely rude. The wait was endless, the pizza was very thin and overall mediocre. The prices were generally high; I wouldn't recommend it.

18/08/2025: Family dinner, good pizza and food (though the two pizzas came out with a hole, patched up by the tomato sauce...). The service, alas, was not suited to the location and the crowds (we came on a weekday, not the weekend). Half an hour to order, over an hour to eat... I had to get up several times to ask for drinks, dessert, and the bill. Too bad, I don't think we'll be back.

29/10/2025: A normal location, neither good nor bad. Honestly, the food didn't convince me; there were even some dishes that neither I nor my companions liked (like the noodles or Japanese ravioli). The prices aren't excessive. The waiters are friendly.

21/08/2025: Everything was fantastic!! But it loses one star because it's only open Friday to Sunday, and there's no way for residents of the residence to get anything during the week.

29/11/2025: A welcoming, well-organized pizzeria with excellent and professional service. A bit noisy and crowded, given the day and time we were there, but nothing major, and that's the norm for similar establishments. The pizzas aren't exactly the best on the market (so to speak), but they're average. The quality could be improved, but they're not bad either; they're still enjoyable.
