12/08/2025: The pizza is good, in a beautiful setting, with a splendid view of Verona. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow, but overall I recommend it.

12/08/2025: A panoramic pizzeria with many tables (perhaps too many). I was at a table for two with other tables close together (perhaps too close). Honestly, it was a bit dark. The outdoor space is very large and is used to its fullest extent, with seating close enough to each other. Pleasant service from young, attentive waitresses. The pizza was good, made with high-quality ingredients. My impression is that the bill is a bit excessive: with a coffee for €2 and a Coke for €4, spending €51 for two people is a bit perplexing.

23/08/2025: My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We ordered a delicious and tender patanegra steak with cooked vegetables. This time we didn't order wine, but on other visits to this wine shop, I've been able to taste and purchase excellent wines, typical of the area. The place is in the cool cellar of an old building, a perfect location for a wine shop. The service was quick and courteous, and the prices were fair. We'll definitely be back soon to try the other dishes, perhaps with a little more time.

22/08/2025: Highly recommended! A picturesque place on the outside and very welcoming on the inside. The style is simple but with meticulous attention to detail and historical embellishments. We dined here with the family and were very satisfied. The staff is very attentive and kind, and the dishes are of excellent quality and beautifully presented. The portions are well-balanced, and the price is average. We will definitely return on our next vacation.

You can choose from a wide variety of fried foods (there are also sandwiches and salads, obviously not fried 🤣) The cutlet is simply LEGENDARY! The Ascoli olives can compete with the real ones! (Nothing like the frozen products from the supermarket) Fried food: not greasy, crunchy, and tasty! I also recommend the fried vegetables! The service is always courteous, the owner is incredibly kind, well done!!! A must-try! 🥳

14/06/2025: The panzerotti, mozzarella balls and pizzas are very good. There is a selection of sandwiches, salads and various appetizers that I have not tried. Overall, a great place for a quick bite to eat if you don't have time or if you want something tasty.

08/03/2025: Had lunch with the Sunday travel group on 03/08/2025 after having been to Sirmione and before going to the Sigurtà Park. Agreed menu, two first courses, second course with side dish, cake and coffee. All excellent and plentiful, with an encore of first courses, served promptly and professionally, all 85 diners more than satisfied.

24/02/2025: Volevo provare "da Mara" dopo avere letto le ottime recensioni, ma a pranzo in settimana abbiamo trovato il pranzo di lavoro a menù fisso 15€. No comment, perché non lo sapevamo e ci siamo accontentati. Non capisco chi ci va a cena sulla statale con tutti i meravigliosi ristoranti di Borghetto e Valeggio centro. Tortellini manco l'ombra! Comunque... risotto insapore, vitello tonnato da dimenticare, decenti i finocchi. Nessun menù alternativo proposto... e per fortuna!

18/08/2025: I went with my partner for breakfast. The croissants were super crunchy, non-greasy, and the cappuccino was amazing. I've never had such good coffee! I'll definitely be back! Seeing the sandwiches covered and free of flies is also a luxury. 😂

06/07/2025: A simple hotel with simply decorated rooms and friendly, attentive service. We had a bathroom with an unscreened shower, making it difficult to shower without filling the room with water.

On a not at all muggy evening we are welcomed into a room by two large fans that vaporize water behind our backs transforming the environment into a cloud of fog........I ask to change tables...the owner explains to us that if it had started to rain he would not have moved us again.....we remain in the first position.....sufficient pizza...... I think...indeed I am certain that I will never set foot in there again.....
