The food is excellent, for a bar, with seemingly simple dishes, but of the highest quality! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and unconventional. A unique experience. You can find all this much more easily in Marano di Valpolicella, with the same manager and the same passion, but in a different setting: Bar Chessa.

Their Millefoglie is undoubtedly their signature dish, delicious and well-made, but their other products are also worth a look, all of them excellent quality. Once I opened the package, the product revealed itself to be very poor quality already at the sight with very finely sliced ​​and burnt almonds. It lacked perfume, aromas, butter, softness... if I had eaten it with my eyes closed, I would have thought of an industrial product of little value. What a disappointment, what a fool for my guests. Having spent €30 I was expecting so much more. It really gave me the idea of ​​a focaccia produced months ago. But why don't you also print the production date on the package?

02/08/2025: We were recommended this new place by friends. The place is modest in size, well-lit, and tables spaced equally apart. Three pizzas with different ingredients, but all they have in common is the extremely thin and light crust. We were surprised to see such an established restaurant taking pre-printed orders (not eco-friendly) with no digital device, which would undoubtedly have improved the long wait times. The surprise actually awaited us at the cash register, where the duty manager asked us for a 30-cent fee for a single takeout pizza box. The woman (wearing black plastic glasses) confirmed that this company policy is imposed on all customers with a cover charge. Incapable of considering constructive and/or empathetic feedback, we strongly advise against engaging with her. Whether you're young or old, it's not in her best interest to increase the restaurant's customer base. Not recommended if you want to relax over a dinner with family or friends.

19/07/2025: Unfortunately, I haven't been able to attend for a while now because there aren't any evening classes that allow me to get there on time. The last class is at 6:00 p.m., which is impossible these days, when all sports clubs tend to extend their hours to attract evening clients. I hope something changes; in the meantime, I've found an alternative.

01/08/2025: It's unpleasant to have to leave a negative review, but after numerous similar experiences, I want to share my opinion. The atmosphere isn't the most welcoming, and the customer service often leaves much to be desired. A little more kindness and attention would be appreciated. I often find myself waiting in vain, and other customers who came in after me are served first. There's no attention to cleanliness; they do everything with their bare hands. Never a smile or a "good morning." And the worst part is that you seem to be a distraction when you come in, especially to the older woman at the counter, who is always clearly annoyed.
