13/06/2025: I give only one star because otherwise I couldn't review, but it would deserve much, much less. Context, 3 customers (already served) at the tables. I enter, greeting, as I am used to doing out of politeness and I only hear a half good morning, as if I had interrupted the two "barmaids" if that's what they can be called, who were talking to each other. I approach the pastry counter, waiting to be served. The two barmaids continued to talk to each other, looking at me, from time to time, probably unaware that people might not have time to wait for their convenience. I didn't consume anything and left. An unacceptable thing. If you are not able to stand behind a counter, be a customer, so you can talk as much as you want.

14/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food wasn't good at all: tasteless, nothing special, or refined. Nothing worth the price or that I'll remember fondly. The waitress? At first, she was downright rude, almost annoyed by our presence. Later, she tried to "make up" by being polite, but by then it was too late—and she didn't succeed at all. The atmosphere is clearly very touristy, soulless. A place that focuses only on location, but without offering quality or customer service. I don't recommend it. For me, a terrible experience.

04/05/2025: I called to take advantage of the promotion of €14.50 for 1 kg of pizza with a free Coca-Cola, clearly specifying that I preferred less than 1 kg rather than more. At the time of collection, however, they wanted to make me pay €17, claiming that it was "a little more", i.e. 1 kg and 100 g. Doing the math, however, that amount corresponds to €15.95, so it is likely that the pizza weighed more than declared. After pointing it out (with a bit of insistence) and asking them to take away the excess grams instead, they still made me pay €14.50, also leaving me the extra part, albeit in a slightly annoyed way, but without including the Coca-Cola included in the promo. I still appreciate the gesture, but I don't think it's right to have to argue every time: it's not the first time it's happened. I kindly invite you to use the scale with greater care. Overall, I give 3 stars: the pizza is good and easily digestible, but the promotion was not respected. Tip: if you order on the phone, pay attention to the portions... or better yet, go in person!

18/07/2025: Colazione al tavolino con cappuccino e pasta: un quarto d'ora di attesa per ricevere un ordine pure sbagliato — ci arriva una pasta alla marmellata che non avevamo chiesto. Al momento di pagare, estraggo la carta di credito ma la cassiera mi indica un cartello accanto alla cassa: “POS non funzionante”. Ok, pago in contanti. Tuttavia, quando mi aspetto lo scontrino, la ragazza non accenna nemmeno a stamparlo. Lo chiedo io espressamente: a quel punto lei prova a premere qualcosa ma poi mi informa che “non funziona nemmeno il registratore di cassa”. Ora: anche io ho un’attività, e so bene che se salta il Wi-Fi e si incassa in contanti, il registratore di cassa deve comunque funzionare — perché è un apparecchio fiscale collegato all’Agenzia delle Entrate. I registratori telematici moderni, inviano i corrispettivi giornalieri in tempo reale all’Agenzia delle Entrate, ma continuano a funzionare anche offline. Se manca la rete, salvano i dati e li inviano appena torna la connessione. Quindi: Devono stampare comunque lo scontrino, anche senza Wi-Fi. Dire che “non funziona il registratore di cassa” perché non c’è linea non è una giustificazione valida.

06/09/2025: I had my post-graduation aperitivo at this bar, and everything was perfect: super friendly staff, fantastic organization, and a beautiful atmosphere. I arrived and everything was ready: my reserved table, my name written on the wall, and even vases to keep my flowers fresh. For those graduating (or wanting to celebrate something), there's a chalkboard wall where your friends and family can write something for you. Everything was beautiful and highly recommended 💛
