I had the pleasure of eating at Pizza Express and I must say I was truly satisfied. The pizza is delicious: thin, light, and well-topped, exactly how I like it. I highly recommend the radicchio and Monte Veronese: truly exceptional, one of the best I've ever eaten. Frankly, I don't understand those who claim the pizza is frozen. I've personally seen that it's refrigerated before cooking, and rightly so, to ensure safety and quality, avoiding leaving it on an unrefrigerated counter. This is professionalism, certainly not a flaw. Taste can be subjective and therefore debatable, but disparaging someone's work with untrue statements is deeply unfair to me. Furthermore, the manager was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Perhaps, before criticizing, we should all do a little self-criticism. I personally recommend it without a doubt.
