27/08/2025: The atmosphere is really very nice and well-kept, the staff is quite distracted, the food is ok according to the standards.
24/08/2025: Never again. Regular mozzarella passed off as buffalo mozzarella. They call a crust of pasta burned in oil gnocco fritto. €1.90 cover charge for not even a piece of bread. But what cover charge did I pay? Use of the glass, the table, the chair...crazy stuff. To top it all off, I buy a bottle of wine and they charge me €1.25 for the bag and bow without telling me first. For goodness sake.

09/11/2025: We went to breakfast with a voucher we'd been given for breakfast at a nearby apartment. When we arrived and handed the voucher to Mrs. Silvia, she was clearly annoyed. When serving us, she was a bit rude, almost annoyed by our presence.

11/07/2025: Locale accogliente e molto curato, bella location, perfetto per una cena rilassante.
Le pizze sono leggere e ben farcite, ma la vera sorpresa sono i dolci fatti in casa: semplicemente irresistibili specialmente la panna cotta al cioccolato ed il tiramisù servito al bicchiere.
08/07/2025: Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Abbiamo provato piatti di pesce davvero gustosi, con cozze saporite e primi piatti ben cucinati. Location piacevole e curata, senza essere troppo formale. L’ambiente è accogliente e rilassato, perfetto per una cena o pranzo in compagnia. Buona anche la carta dei vini e la focaccia servita. Non abbiamo provato la pizza, ma torneremo sicuramente per assaggiarla

12/10/2025: A nice enough place, but the prices are a bit excessive (€5 for a cappuccino with cream). But the prices aren't the biggest disappointment. I found the staff to be truly disrespectful and mean; they literally kicked us out of the place (which was also empty). I'm giving it one star out of kindness. Everyone was really unpleasant, except for the waiter, who was super nice.
11/10/2025: The bald waiter lied and said they only accept cash and the price is 30. When I went to the manager, I found out they accept cards and the actual price is 13.

26/08/2025: I only stopped by for ice cream and a lemon and cherry slush, which were very good. The young lady who served me was very good. I'm grateful that she served me in Spanish as well. Now I read the reviews from a year or more ago and see that it was a disaster. I received good service, and the products (ice cream and slush) were decent. The price was €4 each. Normal for such a touristy place. I hope they improve in the future, as the croissants and paninis looked good, although I didn't try them.

16/10/2025: I spent 11 euros for a slice of piazza, two supplì and 2 mozzarella balls, everything tasted sour as if they had been there for months... everything was terrible, only the beers are good, oh no, they cost too much too... (I'm not joking, that food is spoiled, it's incredible that that place is still open) DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE YOU RISK GETTING SICK BECAUSE OF SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO DO THINGS WELL.

We ordered a soup and thought it was minestrone. A pea soup, maybe even from a can. 11 euros.

Not really good value, just cheap.
31/07/2025: Very good prices and generous dishes. A variety of dishes and excellent service. A great view from the street of the castles. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: I went to get a pizza by the slice... Very kind and helpful. The pizza was a disaster, the dough had an unpleasant smell and taste, unfortunately, I couldn't finish it, it was so awful.
08/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance while vacationing in Verona and were truly impressed! On our first night, we opted for the pizza tour: all the pizzas were excellent, with light dough and quality ingredients.
The next day, unfortunately, our daughter wasn't feeling well, so we decided to order takeout. The owner was exceptionally kind: he personally delivered our order, demonstrating great attention and helpfulness.
We tried the pasta dishes, piadinas, and salads: everything was carefully prepared, tasty, and well-balanced. The value for money is truly excellent.
A place that combines quality, courtesy, and passion: highly recommended!

07/12/2025: Spritz watered down, I basically paid 7 euros for a glass of water. And on my way out, the waiter cuts me off at the door I'd opened, running into me without apologizing (he had his hands in his pockets).
21/11/2025: A ginseng macchiato coffee arrived cold in a freezing place because the door didn't close properly. We had gone in to look for some warmth in a bar on a freezing day, never again.

15/09/2025: Ample parking nearby, a quiet location facing the pedestrian promenade, and a beautiful view of the lake. I had a Veronese pizza with local products, which was delicious and easy to digest. The service was friendly and helpful. Prices were average for the area. Recommended.
13/09/2025: About two weeks ago, three of us spontaneously visited the hotel/restaurant around 7 p.m. in the evening.
We got an outside table with a view of the lake. The restaurant felt coherent.
We received friendly service, and the food, consisting of pizza and pasta, was very good. Fresh, hot, and served with a friendly smile.
The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the house wine.
The total price was also reasonable.
Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other reviews – our stay on a sunny August evening was good!

Qualità del cibo molto mediocre, 11€ per una lasagna alla bolognese che era un’insulto alla vera lasagna. Pasta stracotta, sembrava una lasagna confezionata, anzi con le lasagne confezionate mangiate meglio e spendete sicuramente meno.
Per lo meno le porzioni erano abbondanti
L’unica cosa davvero buona il caffè

12/09/2025: The waitress looked like she'd been raining for seven days. Unfriendly, no explanation. The order was taken, or rather, acknowledged. No questions asked if we wanted anything else... The coffee tasted good, and the drinks, if they were original, were also good.
We've been there twice now; you can have a bad day, she must have had a bad week.

29/11/2025: Choose carefully who works for you because it will have a huge impact on your reputation. The waitress was unprofessional, arrogant, and I don't know if table service isn't provided, but it would have been enough for her to turn around and tell us. Anyway, thanks, at least I didn't leave you a cent! It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good; we bought our wine at Osteria Buglioni 😍
