02/11/2025: The food was too oily! There was also hair in the food. Bad service for which you even have to pay! Not recommended.

30/10/2025: Terrible experience. Not to be repeated. I never leave reviews, but this time I'll make an exception. Not only was the gelato tasteless, but the owner was also rude. It's a shame for Verona; it certainly doesn't do it justice.

27/07/2025: Das Restaurand ist sehr schön direkt am Wasser gelegen. Das Essen war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Bei der Abrechnung wurden wir jedoch eiskalt über den Tisch gezogen. Die Rechnungssumme wurde uns mündlich, aber sehr unverständlich genannt, wir haben mit Karte gezahlt und natürlich noch Trinkgeld in bar dazugegeben. Eine Rechnungsübersicht erhielten wir nicht. Bis wir feststellen, dass auf dem Zahlungsbeleg 60 € standen, wir jedoch deutlich unter 50 € als tatsächliche Rechnung gehabt hätten, war der junge Kellner schon wieder verschwunden. Also bitte Vorsicht bei der Abrechnung.

16/09/2025: My father and I visited this restaurant before the Zucchero concert (September 16, 2025). The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined; we were seated immediately, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely polite at all times. The food and wine were truly excellent, living up to expectations. This is why I honestly don't understand the negative reviews I've read, even from people who wanted to give it zero stars. I think this is an exaggeration: people often forget how much passion and effort goes into the work of those who strive every day to offer good service and satisfy customers. For our part, the experience was absolutely positive, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

17/11/2025: We got the Jumbo and chose two sauces... I expected him to put them in containers like they usually do, but instead he squirted an industrial amount of both sauces directly onto the hot fries. The result: the sauces practically cooked and mixed together, making it impossible to distinguish the flavor of one from the other. The fries became soggy and after a few minutes we had to throw them away because they had become a mess.

17/10/2025: A chicken burger was not good. BUT, chips and churros was 👍🏼 good. Fries and sauces are so good. hotshot trytrytry + there is no service from here.

30/11/2025: The woman who was cleaning the bathroom later called herself the manager of the place told me I cannot cut the line while what I did was meeting my friend who was in the line while I kept our place outside, when I explained this to her she kept yelling at me, called me uneducated, told me in Italy it doesn’t work like this while I’m studying in Italy already for 3 years. Later when I asked for my phone that was in charge she goes “of course you are charging your phone…” what is wrong with charging my phone excuse me? I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place If you don’t want to get assaulted and mocked with.

24/10/2025: Overrated, convenient cafe for its excellent location in the heart of tourist Verona... steps from the souvenir shop and steps from Juliet's.... ONLY THE LOCATION IS WORTH IT. Terrible service...! And if two people go and only one person drinks... since my husband drinks coffee every step of the way and I don't... they wouldn't let us both use the bathroom. It was also an UNSIGHTFUL place... even to the point of taking the time to REPORT IT for its lack of hygiene and terrible location. I JOIN THE BAD REVIEWS... since they know tourists are passing through, they don't care about attracting them as customers... but I'm not a tourist anymore... so I RECOMMEND OLIVA across from the arena... excellent service, cleanliness, accessible bathroom, and the best view...

27/04/2025: Siamo arrivati qui apposta durante un giro in moto, Corrado sempre simpatico e disponibile ci accoglie con un buon bicchiere di vino rosso. Ottime le pappardelle con i porcini e la polenta con la soppressa. Siamo stati allietati dalla presenza di un sedicente sciamano che ci ha illustrato le meraviglie dell'universo e l'appartenenza del singolo al tutto... Con molto rispetto anche in questo caso l'alcol è di aiuto... Pranzo memorabile

25/05/2025: Ci Siamo andati Domenica 25/05/2025 . Che dire al nostro arrivo locale ( ex stalla e fienile il tutto messo a nuovo) molto ampio ma molto rumorosa mi pareva di essere dentro a una campana e 300 persone che ci parlavano dentro, io per sentire quello che mi diceva la signora di fronte a me ho dovuto alzarmi e andare al suo posto e capire cosa diceva. Arriva la cameriera ci conta siamo in 14 e ci dice il menù antipasto della casa, come primi bigoli al ragù , tortellini di valeggio fatti a mano , come secondi tagliata di manzo , carne salata cruda e carne salata cotta. Dolci e caffè , chiedo se hanno delle varianti ma non ci sono in poche parole o mangi quello che ti portano oppure non mangi e già lì mi da un po’ da fastidio. Arriva l’antipasto due piattini con salame e prosciutto cotto e due piattini di giardiniera e due piatti fondi di polenta fermo la cameriera e gli dico guardi che siamo in 14 non in 7 e se hanno dei grissini mi viene risposto che queste sono le loro dosi in poche parole 1 fetta di salame mezza fetta di prosciutto cotto e un cucchiaio di polenta. Arrivano i primi ancora prima di finire il micro antipasto , 2 piatti ovali con bigoli stracott con un ragù di una non ben definita e dal sapore inesistente, e due piatti ovali di tortellini appena scottati in quanto ancora molto duri e che di fatti a mano c’era gran poco, anzi nulla perché sono fatti a macchina e presumo preso da qualche discount il ripieno sapeva di poco niente e di burro mi sa che si sono dimenticati di metterlo. E dopo cinque minuti che abbiamo finito di mangiare il primo ci portano il secondo sempre 2 piatti di tagliata 2 piatti di carne salata cruda e 2 piatti di carne salata cotta 2 piatti di verdura cotta, zucchine e finocchi il tutto in quantità insufficienti per sette persone figuriamoci per 14 Fermo la cameriera e rifaccio le mie rimostranze dal quale mi conferma nuovamente che queste sono le loro portate e io gli faccio presente che né la carne salata cotta ci sono esattamente sei fettine piccole per ogni piatto come fanno a dire che sono per 14 sorvoliamo anche lì arrivano i dolci, sempre i soliti due piatti con vari tipi di dolci ma sempre quantità insufficienti per 14 persone sorvoliamo anche lì il caffè imbevibile caffè riscaldato per conto mio, il quale io odio immensamente per il caffè riscaldato. Poi chiediamo il conto 420 euro in poche parole 30 € a testa e anche qua tiro la frecciatina alla cameriera e gli dico che non siamo in 14, ma siamo in 7 . Visto che mancava poco che dovevo cominciare a lavorare non ho fatto altre discussioni sono andato via con la fame mi sono fermato a Villafranca a prendermi un kebab e posso dire che con 5,50 € ho mangiato meglio che li . Comunque, se volete andare a mangiare prima di andare lì, mangiate qualcosa a casa. Dimenticavo di dire che a metà portate la sala da pranzo era diventata una cassa acustica impossibile sentire quello che ci diceva quella persona a fianco. Non ripeterò più questa esperienza in questo locale.

26/09/2025: My partner and I went to this pizzeria for dinner. We didn't have high expectations, we just wanted to have a nice evening. Unfortunately, the waitresses seemed reluctant to do their jobs. We missed any friendliness or a smile. We ordered lasagna and spaghetti carbonara. The lasagna tasted like it came out of a microwave. Instead of the carbonara I ordered, I received spaghetti with tomato sauce, which was unfortunately completely tasteless. At the checkout, we were asked if everything was okay. We politely pointed out that there had been a mix-up. The response, however, was disappointing: We were told it was our own fault if we didn't return the food. As if they didn't realize that returned food is usually thrown away. The price was relatively reasonable, but unfortunately, it wasn't worth it considering the service and taste.

26/09/2025: Poor is the one who can't get away from it. Lucky is the one with so little taste. Well, that's actually completely unacceptable.

14/12/2025: I regularly go to this bar with my friends. Every time, the staff, especially the manager, is very rude to us, and most of the time we don't even get a greeting. The price of food and drinks is very high, and having to pay so much to be treated disrespectfully is probably not worth it.

14/12/2025: The comments about staff hot being friendly are correct. Better options elsewhere.

24/10/2025: Never again will I go to this restaurant. Covers €6 (paper tablecloth and paper napkins) 2 plates of pasta €35 Bottle of water €4 1/2 white wine €8 2 coffees €4 Total €57 Too expensive, in fact, there was no one eating. I think they'll have to close soon due to lack of customers.
