02/04/2026: I came from another Italian city to visit Verona, but this establishment left a terrible impression on me due to the owner's unbearable arrogance. He was extremely pretentious and snobbish, treating customers with obvious discrimination and looking down on others. Such rude behavior is a disgrace to Italian hospitality and to a beautiful city like Verona. A good wine isn't worth the bitter aftertaste of such arrogance. I will never return!

07/04/2026: Had a great Hugo here! It was very refreshing and perfectly prepared. They also served complimentary chips on the side, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Friendly staff and a cozy vibe.

04/04/2026: I'm giving it one star because unfortunately I can't give it less. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, and ready to take a dig at people at 9 in the morning. I'm referring to everyone who works there, whether waitress or bartender: "If this is how you treat customers, then change jobs. Vent your frustration elsewhere!" It's a shame about the atmosphere, which is nice, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Any advice? AVOID GOING THERE!! It's not worth it, it's just money thrown away. Never again.

30/10/2025: Terrible experience. Not to be repeated. I never leave reviews, but this time I'll make an exception. Not only was the gelato tasteless, but the owner was also rude. It's a shame for Verona; it certainly doesn't do it justice.

03/01/2026: We waited over 20 minutes for an Aperol Spritz and a Coke. The waiter was very aggressive and unfriendly.

12/10/2025: A nice enough place, but the prices are a bit excessive (€5 for a cappuccino with cream). But the prices aren't the biggest disappointment. I found the staff to be truly disrespectful and mean; they literally kicked us out of the place (which was also empty). I'm giving it one star out of kindness. Everyone was really unpleasant, except for the waiter, who was super nice.

27/04/2025: Siamo arrivati qui apposta durante un giro in moto, Corrado sempre simpatico e disponibile ci accoglie con un buon bicchiere di vino rosso. Ottime le pappardelle con i porcini e la polenta con la soppressa. Siamo stati allietati dalla presenza di un sedicente sciamano che ci ha illustrato le meraviglie dell'universo e l'appartenenza del singolo al tutto... Con molto rispetto anche in questo caso l'alcol è di aiuto... Pranzo memorabile

29/11/2025: I went to the store today around 12:10 PM (according to what was listed online, the store is supposed to be open continuously from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) to ask for information about a particular product. When I arrived, the door was slightly ajar, the lights were on, and there were customers at the counter, so I attempted to enter as well. As soon as I pushed the door open, however, it resisted a bit, so I stopped, but the clerk from the counter rudely reprimanded me, telling me it was closed. I therefore waited outside for the customers inside to finish and for the clerk to clear out so I could get the information I was looking for. But once the customers had left, she also left, closing the door behind her, not even bothering to look at me. I then asked if the store was closing, and as usual, with little tact, I was told yes, that she needed a 15-minute break, without a greeting or an apology. I've always appreciated this establishment's products and have always felt very comfortable with the owner, but I'm very sorry to say that, given this attitude, I'll think twice before returning.

17/07/2025: A chocolate shop. They also sell by weight. You'll be greeted by a charming owner. The owner isn't fluent in English, but he's happy to communicate, so shopping shouldn't be a problem. You can buy famous chocolate brands that you'd find in train station or airport kiosks, starting from just one piece, so it's perfect for when you want to try out a taste for yourself before buying souvenirs. There are plenty of chocolate bars that you won't find anywhere else, and the store is open for long hours, so be sure to stop by.

26/09/2025: My partner and I went to this pizzeria for dinner. We didn't have high expectations, we just wanted to have a nice evening. Unfortunately, the waitresses seemed reluctant to do their jobs. We missed any friendliness or a smile. We ordered lasagna and spaghetti carbonara. The lasagna tasted like it came out of a microwave. Instead of the carbonara I ordered, I received spaghetti with tomato sauce, which was unfortunately completely tasteless. At the checkout, we were asked if everything was okay. We politely pointed out that there had been a mix-up. The response, however, was disappointing: We were told it was our own fault if we didn't return the food. As if they didn't realize that returned food is usually thrown away. The price was relatively reasonable, but unfortunately, it wasn't worth it considering the service and taste.

26/09/2025: Poor is the one who can't get away from it. Lucky is the one with so little taste. Well, that's actually completely unacceptable.

I'll add a response to the owner: Don't be silly! And read what I wrote carefully. What I said isn't referring to the containers, which you changed a long time ago. This isn't the only McDonald's that happens here. Since it's perhaps the only restaurant in your chain with such bad reviews, you should start thinking about improving your staff. I also emphasize that customer criticism also helps us grow and improve. I wish you a good day, too.

17/11/2025: We got the Jumbo and chose two sauces... I expected him to put them in containers like they usually do, but instead he squirted an industrial amount of both sauces directly onto the hot fries. The result: the sauces practically cooked and mixed together, making it impossible to distinguish the flavor of one from the other. The fries became soggy and after a few minutes we had to throw them away because they had become a mess.

17/10/2025: A chicken burger was not good. BUT, chips and churros was 👍🏼 good. Fries and sauces are so good. hotshot trytrytry + there is no service from here.
