10/06/2025: I sit down and order a coffee, specifying “without sugar” (in order to save a minimum of work for the
waiter, given the teaspoon and the sachet that I don’t need.
It is served to me at the table with a teaspoon and sugar and a receipt for the modest (so to speak) sum of 1.50.
There are about 6-7 people in total in the
place and there are 3 people working.
At a certain point the waiter passes by the tables, while everyone, including me, is drinking/eating saying that “you have to pay now” and when I ask why I am told “to save time”.
Obviously everyone is shocked by this absurd request given that it is 5:30 pm and it is certainly not closing time.
Exactly the opposite of a relaxing break which is what you look for in a bar/cafeteria like this.
Terrible, never again.
08/06/2025: Good croissants and cappuccino too... only the coffee machine attendant is quick... the others get lost in chatter and maybe have 5 people waiting in front of the cash register..

I went to this pastry shop for breakfast on a Friday morning. The croissants were really good. I have a negative comment about the staff. I needed to speak to the person making the coffees, and she responded rudely to a simple question.

07/04/2025: La Sfera is a typical local pizzeria and restaurant with a wide variety of local cuisine. As one would expect also with an extensive list of wine, especially the local ones. We had the “La sfera” appetizer (delicious!), home made gnocchi and beef main course. Personnel is very friendly. But for a local restaurant it’s a bit pricy.
23/03/2025: I booked for a group and mentioned that I have celiac disease, but when the waiter comes to take our order, he tells me he needs to check if they still have gluten-free dough (I repeat, I had booked). Well, the pizza arrived with quality ham, which left a bit to be desired. Anyway, now it's time for dessert, and I order a chocolate salami, also gluten-free. The waiter arrives with the dish, and I ask him if it's suitable for my condition, and he replies, "Um, I have to check, though, the cream is gluten-free." But is it possible? Nope. Celiac disease isn't a choice, but for me it's a serious emergency, and luckily everything went well, but never again.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
13/10/2025: I understand why they're starting to use robots to make cocktails, pizza, etc.
I'd also recommend it at the Adige piadineria!
Three takeout piadinas, two of which were bad:
a "papripollo" without arugula and zucchini, which we found to be normal (allergy issue).
"Bel paese" with mushrooms, just "bel paese."
Whole wheat pasta finished, oh well.
The receipt was marked with the various price increases (rightly so), too bad they weren't included in the piadinas. Tried calling to report them, no response!

But overall, good.
02/11/2025: Wish we had eaten here earlier in our stay at Bella Italia, really nice restaurant, a very warm welcoming from the staff on arrival, they were very polite and courteous the whole evening, the food was really good, I recommend the grilled salmon! The restaurant was packed with holiday makers and big Italian families the atmosphere was brilliant!!

15/11/2025: I ate a cold kebab piadina there... I went up to him and told him the piadina was cold, and he snapped at me, speaking Turkish to his colleague with a cheeky face.
Anyway, it was the first and definitely the last time.

30/08/2025: Nice enough place, 1 Spritz and 1 Hugo were watered down for €12, and the fries were a ridiculous portion; if all goes well, there were 6 fries, some of which were soft and had gotten damp. The staff was rude and disorganized; we waited 15 minutes to order. The fries were left out in the open, unhygienic and unappealing. I definitely won't be going there again.

30/10/2025: Excellent supermarket with quality products at reasonable prices.
06/08/2025: I often go to the MD supermarket and usually have a good time. However, there's one cashier—she looks like the youngest one working there, maybe she even wears glasses—who honestly does a terrible job.
I've seen her several times around closing time, so I understand the rush, the tiredness, everything. But that's no excuse for treating customers like that. Every time it's the same: zero patience, zero kindness, a "thank you" said softly with a terrible expression. She almost seems annoyed by the simple fact that there are customers.
I've also worked with the public, so I'm very aware of people's attitudes. I understand it's not easy, especially at the end of the day, but at least a minimum of professionalism is required.
I'm not one to leave random negative reviews, but I come to this supermarket often and the situation is always the same. I hate to say it, but it's giving a really bad impression.

22/11/2025: I waited three and a half hours for two pizzas, the pizza chefs were rather slow and distracted, but I think every pizzeria deserves a second chance, so you're improving!
16/11/2025: Unfortunately, after good experiences, I have to give a negative review. I placed an order yesterday, requesting delivery by 8:00 PM in Borgo Trento. I was told they wouldn't deliver before 9:00 PM because Borgo Trento isn't serviced. I explained that I'd already ordered at least 6 or 7 times without any problems and delivery was on time. Nothing could be done; even the owner told me Borgo Trento isn't serviced. To my disappointment, I canceled the order, explaining that they've lost a customer, who will obviously spread the word about this poor service.
