04/10/2025: Service very friendly and nice choice of products. But too expensive. Double or triple price - tourist trap. Would buy in a supermarket.
We had two sandwiches, nothing special, bun was quite dry, expected a better quality.

15/04/2025: I'm not going to go into all the problems we've had: we counted more than 20 reasons not to go there again, one of which was the food, which wasn't good at all: toast (which didn't even say it was toast, so we were convinced it was burgers); poor quality sliced steak, and the schiacciata (included in the sliced steak) wasn't even a schiacciata; cutlet that felt like rubber, inedible, and greasy; frozen fries that were too crunchy, etc. etc. etc.
Highly not recommended, never go there!
One more thing: plastic cutlery is to be avoided!!!
One last thing: I spent an entire day on the toilet 😁

19/09/2025: Horrible, the worst coffee I've ever had in my life, in fact I didn't even drink it, and on top of that they weren't very pleasant when I told them I wanted a coffee with cold milk.
09/09/2025: Rude staff. Today I came in to get a croissant and the bartender didn't even greet me because he was on the phone. Then, even though I asked for the croissant I saw, he kept insinuating they were out of stock even though I pointed out the one I wanted in the display case. Rude responses. I've never been treated so badly. I'll never come again.

16/10/2025: I remembered this stand from around 2018, when it was located at a different location in the park. Back then, it was already my favorite theme park food: the Panino con Salsiccia, which you simply can't find anywhere else. It's still just as good, just a bit more expensive. Unfortunately, the seating nearby is always taken by guests who aren't eating...
07/09/2025: I've been waiting for two sandwiches for over 15 minutes... and the girl works with one hand and with zero slowness and desire!!! I recommend replacing her soon, otherwise the takings will be halved with the endless and listless wait times!!!

04/11/2025: I often go to McDonald's throughout Italy. The McFlurrys here are very small, with less ice cream than the others. The cups are always half-empty; it's happened several times already.
I'll add a response to the owner:
Don't be silly! And read what I wrote carefully. What I said isn't referring to the containers, which you changed a long time ago. This isn't the only McDonald's that happens here. Since it's perhaps the only restaurant in your chain with such bad reviews, you should start thinking about improving your staff.
I also emphasize that customer criticism also helps us grow and improve.

23/06/2025: We went for lunch to take advantage of the “lunch 15€” formula. The place is small and with few tables. Once we arrived the waiter told us to sit where we wanted and we waited 15 minutes to order (there were 3 other tables besides us). The food is good for the price but waiting 15 minutes to order and another 15 for the pasta with tomato sauce is unacceptable especially for the formula offered which is designed for quick meals for the lunch break.
Not recommended

11/09/2025: The kids' food was okay, the salmon tartare was delicious, but then we sat there for almost two hours and our food just didn't arrive.
The groups were served the whole time, but the other guests were simply ignored.
At first, someone came and took our order, but then no one else. We didn't see anyone else either.

05/10/2025: I ordered the Tornado Burger, and unfortunately, it was served cold. That’s incredibly poor service for a burger restaurant — I’ve never been served a cold burger before.
Of course, after asking if they normally serve cold burgers, I was given a new one, but that’s just unacceptable.
They also offer gluten-free pasta, but it’s just simple microwave food. Pathetic.
And on top of that, the place is dirty.

14/10/2025: I went to this bar with friends for a bite to eat during an event. We chose to have a few slices of pizza, and that's when the problems began. The guy in charge of heating the pizzas left them in the oven too long while he was tending to other customers, and unfortunately, some slices got burned. Next time I'm at an event at the fair, I'll definitely bring my own food and won't set foot in this bar again.

14/11/2025: We had a great cappuccino right by the Ponte Pietra! The bartender was friendly, and it wasn't a problem that we both used the restroom. It's a squat toilet, like many used to be in Italy, but it was very clean.
26/10/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The owner is rude and impolite, forcing customers to consume as many times as they ask to use the bathroom.
Terrible.

20/09/2025: The owner is very unfriendly. We wanted to buy drinks, but he opened the fridge, and several cans fell out because it was completely overfilled. He then wanted us to buy the completely deformed cans, claiming it was our fault.
We then left and bought them elsewhere.
13/08/2025: Since I didn't have cash, I had to pay by card, and the manager charged me an extra 64 cents for the transaction, which is illegal. I totally don't recommend it, especially given the exorbitant prices and the extremely poor quality of the pizza. Definitely a tourist trap.
