01/02/2026: Hello everyone To review this place in the heart of Verona. Everything is as described above with my ratings... I don't find it to be a fair value for the prices, which are, to say the least, expensive, as shown in the photos. It's true that we're in the center of Verona, but like other places, and they're certainly not like that, I've tried almost all of them. The quality is decent, but as I repeat, the table service is okay, but not the prices.

07/01/2026: The two owners have bad tempers. For one person/one drink to go to the bathroom, I can understand, I agree... etc., but there are ways and ways to clarify that you have to pay to go to the bathroom. For a child (who almost does it around the corner), a little courtesy, a little kindness, even a fake smile are enough, but then again, from two witches (no offense to the witches, but to them, yes), what can you expect... The coffee? Horrible, I would have also bought juice, snacks, and more, but in the end I left, telling the two bitches to go to hell. I don't recommend it. All the places around here are 4/5 stars, but this one is NOT.

21/03/2026: I visited Caffè Zucchi with fairly high expectations, given its central location and fame... but unfortunately, the experience was anything but positive. I'll start with the staff, which in my opinion is the most critical point: cold, unhelpful, and at times downright rude. I'm not talking about a bad day, but a general feeling of annoyance towards the customer. Greetings were almost nonexistent, responses were curt, and the attitude made you feel more like a hindrance than a guest. The management is also perplexing: inflexible, choices imposed without explanation (like where to sit), and zero attention to the customer. It's the kind of place where you get the feeling that people will come anyway, so they don't put much effort into it. The value for money also doesn't help: prices are quite high, but without the service or experience that truly justifies them. In the end, you're paying more for the location than anything else. Furthermore, after further investigation, I discovered some rather serious incidents involving management, with decidedly inappropriate and offensive responses to customers who had left negative reviews. This, personally, further undermines my confidence in the establishment. In short: the place is nice on paper and in a prime location, but the service and attitude need a complete overhaul. There are much better options in Monza where you at least feel treated with respect.

The groups were served the whole time, but the other guests were simply ignored. At first, someone came and took our order, but then no one else. We didn't see anyone else either.

31/03/2026: Cold piadina. Ordered the divine one. Red onions nonexistent in the piadina. Piadina served inside handkerchiefs stuck to the cheese. The cashier, Beatrice, complained that I paid with cash instead of a debit card. Everyone pays with their own method. Absurd!!

14/10/2025: I went to this bar with friends for a bite to eat during an event. We chose to have a few slices of pizza, and that's when the problems began. The guy in charge of heating the pizzas left them in the oven too long while he was tending to other customers, and unfortunately, some slices got burned. Next time I'm at an event at the fair, I'll definitely bring my own food and won't set foot in this bar again.
