Finally a big coffee in Italy. Friendly service, food was great. Just what we wanted, when we wanted it.

Yes, it's good, with very friendly staff. If you're waiting for your next trip, it's much better than the bars inside the train station. The bathroom wasn't up to par, but that's thanks to us rude users, like all busy bathrooms. The phone charging ports didn't work, but that doesn't affect my rating.

I'm not writing this review to praise the quality of the coffee or the cappuccino with cream brioche, which were excellent anyway. The real reason is the courtesy, kindness, and professionalism, both friendly and genuine, of the two girls at the counter. A welcome like that really makes the difference and transforms a simple drink into a pleasant experience. Kudos to 12 Oz, opposite Verona Porta Nuova station.

I read a lot of negative reviews, mostly criticizing cleanliness and prices. I pity those who write negative reviews for these reasons, because you don't have to be very smart not to realize you're in a bar in a train station in a tourist city. Therefore: 1. Prices are higher in any train station/airport/port in the world. If you're complaining about this bar, it means you left home yesterday and have never traveled in your life. 2. The prices are displayed. If you don't like them, you can leave and find another place, rather than ordering and complaining. You don't sign an agreement when you set foot in that obliges you to buy something. 3. You're in one of the bars in the Verona train station, a primarily tourist city with a lot of commuters, so thousands of people pass by every hour. If you arrive just as a wave of people has just passed, the bar will inevitably be dirty! If you linger there for a while, you'll see that the bartenders, as soon as they have a free second, sometimes even while they're preparing drinks, come out and try to at least clean the tables, then move on to sweeping the floor when things aren't so busy. (Either they serve people in a hurry, or they clean up. Which do you think is better for them to do first?) Leaving aside the fact that when asked, they immediately come out to clear up the mess for the customer. 4. THE BAR IS NOT A PUBLIC PLACE, IT'S A PLACE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THEREFORE, IF THE BAR RULES ARE THAT THE BATHROOM IS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY (THERE ARE SIGNS DISPLAYED), THE BATHROOM IS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY. IT'S NOT A PUBLIC BATHROOM!!!! ALSO BECAUSE IF YOU NEED THE STATION BATHROOM, YOU CAN FIND IT AT THE STATION. 4. Of the thousands of people who pass by, there are different cultures and different educations. It's not the bar's fault if people constantly break the bathroom or make it dirty. The staff tries to keep it clean and intervenes as soon as any inconvenience or problem is reported, but they can't prevent rudeness from the people who come in. I'm very sorry because I've grown fond of this place, a place that also receives many compliments and thanks from many people who are also helped. There are loyal customers because they enjoy it, but unfortunately, I now read many reviews that are mostly the venting of repressed people. Do you have any constructive criticism for some shortcomings of the staff or the place? It's welcome. The staff or the facility will try to improve. Otherwise, they're completely useless except to criticize people who work hard every day to make things work.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

A lovely place. Qualified, helpful, and courteous staff. Run by highly qualified staff. Recommended for a quick, relaxing break near the station.

Since it opened, every time I come to Verona for the holidays, it's my meeting place!!! I've been to the other places located in the Verona train station, but no one comes to these 😘😘😘 I'm just sorry that the female staff is a little rude!!! I don't feel like I treat them badly or ask for impossible things (I try to be clear and quick! 😞😞😞) with men it's not like that! I understand that you deal with a public that sometimes gets on my nerves, but smile, you are beautiful!!! (More than me for sure 🤣🤣🤣🤣) and you are professional
