06/08/2025: I'll start by saying I've been going to this bar for almost two years. In 2024, when my son was in daycare, we had breakfast almost every day, mostly because we always found the croissants really good. Today I was with my two children again, and as usual, we ordered the usual things. I asked for my usual slightly long coffee. I should add that none of the girls at the counter ever remembered how I prefer my coffee, except for one blonde barista (very good), who punctually, every day, remembered that I wanted it slightly long and prepared it just the way I like it: not too short, not full to the brim. Every other time, I always accepted the coffee as it was, even when it was served filled to the brim, which, as far as I know, is more of a long coffee than a slightly long espresso, explaining it privately by the fact that the girls were often very busy. My complaint today, however, concerns the owner's attitude. She was the one who served us breakfast, including the coffee. I politely pointed out that it wasn't as long as requested. Her reaction was, in my opinion, excessive and unprofessional: she raised her voice, turned her back, and said in an annoyed tone, "Every time he asks for this coffee... every time!" I felt treated badly and embarrassed in front of the other customers. I let my children eat breakfast in peace, but when it was time to pay, I brought up the subject again in a calm tone, emphasizing that, after two years of coming, such an outburst wasn't necessary. The owner, instead of showing understanding or apologizing, continued speaking loudly, reiterating her position. And she added a sentence that further surprised me: "I knew it wasn't right before I served it to you." Meanwhile, other customers had arrived inside the bar and heard everything. At that point, I felt even more uncomfortable and genuinely disappointed, especially at the way a simple, polite observation was handled. I share this experience because, despite the quality of the product, courtesy and respect for the customer should always come first. You go to a bar to feel good, not to be treated badly... which is even more serious in front of other customers and your children.

Mostly takeout, there's a small dining area opposite the counter with visible skewers, where you can sit down. Generous but not excessive fillings, a variety of the usual fresh ingredients. The piadina dough is rolled out and cooked on the spot, which makes all the difference. Quick service from a friendly staff. Parking is available along the surrounding streets. Paid parking during daytime hours.

01/12/2025: Came in and was immediately kicked out for getting a dog.... Crazy, considering furry friends are now part of the family. Avoid! These people should learn from dogs!

30/11/2025: Excellent pastry shop!!! I have been frequenting this pastry shop for over 20 years, always fresh pastries and with high-quality ingredients, super fast and kind staff!... Reading some of the reviews I realize how envious and mean people are... you are number 1!

26/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria. The pizza is very good and they also make crepes. The owners are very kind and you never have to wait too long, even on Friday or Saturday nights, even if it's busy. They also do takeout. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Outrageous pizza. I paid 8 euros for a prosciutto and artichoke pizza, and they delivered a Margherita pizza via Delivero. Plus, it said 1 euro for shipping. I ordered two pizzas, and they charged me 2 euros total. Outrageous. And the pizza wasn't even good. Word of Emi Malacchini

27/11/2025: It would be appropriate to remind management and staff that you can never be sure who you're meeting. A smile, even a polite one, helps a lot. A few polite words make the difference between realizing the atmosphere isn't worth it a second time or still retaining a positive feeling about it, unlike yesterday. Well, luckily there are plenty of places.

06/09/2025: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I've been frequenting these pools for years, but in recent years the situation has become unbearable. I've never seen so many flies and mosquitoes as in recent years. I came to relax and find myself having to spend the afternoon fighting to chase away the flies that won't leave you alone for a second. What I'm wondering is if it's possible to get some treatments to solve this problem once and for all.

19/10/2025: I had a hot matcha. It was made with the milk frother on the coffee machine, and it was full of bits of matcha powder. Not good at all. The girl was a bit hasty, which is a shame.

16/09/2025: While strolling through Lazise, ​​we stumbled upon the restaurant somewhat by chance. My girlfriend and I ordered the house wine, which was truly excellent. For starters, we shared a charcuterie board—which offered four different types of sausage and a variety of pickled vegetables. For main courses, we opted for pasta with arugula pesto and shrimp, and penne amatricana. Both dishes were a good size and tasted excellent. The restaurant is highly recommended, as it has an authentic Italian flair and is a bit off the beaten track.

28/08/2025: The pizza is small and not very topped. If you order an Angel, it only tastes like spicy salami, and I don't understand why they add oil!

06/08/2025: Incompetent and rude people. I ordered a family pizza, half Margherita, half spicy (meaning spicy salami), but I received a whole Margherita pizza with spicy sauce added from the kebab. When I tried to clarify the situation, the person raised his voice in front of my young children.

28/10/2025: Delicious food and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. A cheerful, whistling, and singing pizza maker at the oven – the pizza is bound to taste great! The Aperitivo Della Casa is also highly recommended. Thanks to Mary and her team for the fantastic service. If you're in Lazise, ​​you absolutely must eat here.

27/04/2025: As soon as we were seated I had a bad feeling and I was right. It took a while for menus to be delivered to the table and when the waiter finally came over again, we tried to ask a question about the menu but he spoke over us and told us he was there to take out drinks order. When we did order the waiter was looking elsewhere and totally distracted, so it shouldn’t have a surprise that the order was incorrect on arrival. The carbonara was vile, tasted of nothing but egg and the pasta was undercooked (not Al dente, undercooked). By the time Parmesan was offered we’d given up trying to eat it. The pizza that was ordered was ok (compared to the carbonara) but we’re sure the mushrooms were tinned. When we paid, they initially gave us a bill for over -€330 (for three people - one drink and a main each) and it took a further three or four attempts to get it close to right.
