31/07/2025: I tried contacting Pizzeria Family to ask simple questions about the menu and opening hours, but the experience was truly awful. The person who answered the phone was rude, rushed, and decidedly unhelpful. I asked normal questions as an interested customer, and was dismissed with brusque responses and a truly unpleasant tone, almost as if I were a nuisance. I expected a modicum of courtesy and professionalism, but instead I found myself speaking to someone who seemed annoyed by my call. If this is how they treat customers before they even enter the pizzeria, I can't imagine the rest of the service. This kind of attitude, repeated over time, can really drive customers away. It's unfortunate to say, but with a welcome like that, it's hard to even want to try a pizza.

17/10/2025: A few days ago I bought three macarons for €2 each, strawberry, chocolate and cappuccino flavours. The strawberry one had a slightly strange taste, a sweet and salty one, the classic chocolate one and the tastiest in my opinion was the cappuccino macaron.

16/10/2025: I’m celiac and vegan, sooo finding things I can actually eat outside of what I make at home is usually a challenge. Here I found some products that are honestly hard to get anywhere else... They even have coffee with almond milk and a few other nice options!

16/11/2025: Veronica is a wonderful pastry chef. The brioche croissants are delicious, along with the fillings. I'm yet to try them, or the cream puffs, but there'll be time. The place is a lovely spot for a nice Sunday breakfast.

14/10/2025: A great place for breakfast. The girls who served us were very friendly, the pistachio croissants were spectacular, and the coffee was also very good. I recommend it. Wish them well. 😜👌

20/11/2025: I ordered a pizza because I was at a friend's house and had to leave in an hour and a half. I was told over the phone that I'd have it within an hour. Besides arriving late, the delivery man was extremely rude, insinuating that I couldn't order a pizza if I had to leave in an hour and a half (though I'd assumed it would arrive in less than an hour, there would have been plenty of time). And besides criticizing my choice (after I tried to argue that I wasn't late, in an extremely arrogant tone), the pizza also arrived burnt and cold.

28/09/2025: Rip-off! At Servizio, a liter costs 50 cents more. A tiny sign indicates this, but it's barely visible!

11/09/2025: It definitely deserves a positive review, especially for the quality of the pizza, which has retained the same unmistakable flavor for over 40 years. It's been a long time since I've been to Garda, but their pizza is still as good as it was 40 years ago... Unfortunately, pizza on Garda is generally poor for tourists. This one has been good like this for years, congratulations.

It offers a wide selection of mini pastries, cakes, and single-serving treats, all made with the highest-quality ingredients. Each dessert is a small work of art, meticulously crafted and capable of instilling a feeling of pure goodness. A striking detail are the stunning cups, and the even better thing is that you can purchase some of them to take home a souvenir of the place! Another truly commendable initiative is Too Good To Go: in the evening, you can buy leftover food at a truly affordable price, a smart gesture to avoid waste and continue enjoying Flego excellence at a fraction of the cost. A highly recommended bar for those who love quality, elegance, and sustainability! ❤️🫶🏻
