29/09/2023: Ordered 2 espressos at 1€30, I got charged 4€. Yes, you pay an extra to drink it on their “terrasse” (which is just a sidewalk by the way) without any notice. Be careful, they scam tourists. They are not friendly at all. The espresso was fine, nothing amazing.

29/09/2023: We stopped for an outdoor aperitif to enjoy the beautiful view square, but insufficient service, rude waitress, poor cleaning and poor products, chips all broken perhaps end of bag or recycled from other people's bowls?

09/08/2024: Personale di sala competente ed educato... Location fantastica ... Ci vado spesso sia a pranzo che anche a cenna, unica pecca il menu con le solite tre o quattro verdure e soprattutto io personalmente adoro il risotto ma l'unico che trovo è al nero di seppia, quando a Verona siamo i maestri di questa pietanza... Consiglio vivamente un po' di varietà e prodotti del territorio e aumentereste notevolmente il volume di lavoro.... Complimenti x gli arredi ed i camerieri....

07/07/2024: Provata la pizza che è anche discretamente buona, ma il servizio lascia proprio a desiderare….. Un ora per una patatina….. Dolci fatti in casa due di numero!!! Prezzi elevati La cucina non l’abbiamo provata e non credo che ci sarà un altra occasione.

12/06/2024: unfreundlicher empfang, auf die bitte um einen anderen tisch es war sehr heiß auf der geschlossenen veranda wurden blöd angesprochen, anderen gästen wäre auch nicht zu heiß, darauf wurden wir direkt unter der klimaanlage gestellt kartiert wurden. das essen war lieblos, und extrem geschmacklos, da hat auch kein salz mehr was gerettet. ambiente ebenfalls keinen besuch wert.

22/05/2024: Invitati ad una cena di compleanno , mangiato un hamburger, una focaccia , bevuto una aranciata è una bottiglia di acqua speso €40 . Inoltre ci hanno segnato 3 insalate di pollo mai ordinare . Litigato con la cassiera pagato un extra di €45 . Non sono organizzati , porzioni sempre più piccole , carissimo . Ultima volta , per me posso chiudere . Organizzazione zero , servizio zero , gestione zero .

10/07/2024: Very nice staff, everything goes quickly and is served at your seat. Extremely delicious freshly squeezed orange juice in large glasses on ice is a recommendation when the outside temperature is 30 degrees, as are the coffee variations. Very clean cafe including the toilet.

10/07/2024: I don't understand the Google reviews, we had breakfast at this cafeteria because the smell of traditional pastries, butter and coffee was incredible. Great attention from the waitresses, agile and friendly. The croissants were very good and some buns with donut dough and cream filling were amazing. Nothing expensive for what I imagined... four people with 2 cappuccinos, two colacaos, three croissants and a cream puff 10 euros. I do recommend it for breakfast.

24/03/2024: Eravamo in città, spinti dalla voglia di provare l'alta pasticceria siamo entrati. Dopo esserci accomodati abbiamo cominciato a capire che ci sono delle cose da mettere a posto. E stata un'esperienza che ci ha lasciato delusi.

24/03/2024: Dopo aver aspettato ben 30 minuti per un maritozzo e 2 gelatine e aver visto altre persone arrivate dopo di noi essere servite prima, al nostro alzarci per andarcene nessuno ha detto nulla. Servizio imbarazzante. Se questa è la considerazione dei clienti non andateci assolutamente.

03/09/2024: If I could I would give zero! We sit in this bar to have an ice cream and already at the counter they tell us that the cone is only for takeaway but they made an exception for the little girl. My husband gets a Spritz (which they bring with a small bowl of chips), but I don't get anything because paying €12 for a cup of ice cream seems like theft to me. Once I've finished my drink I go into the bar to use the bathroom, I ask where it is and a lady with a Spanish accent tells me "it's out on the terrace". I understand that I have to go out because the bathroom is outside but a waitress tells me "He asked you if you are one of our customers sitting outside"; I reply "of course" and she "just say yes" in an arrogant and rude manner. I'll leave aside what condition the bathroom was in, there are very explanatory photos in another review. To conclude, my husband goes to pay and the waitress complains because the little girl sat down to eat the cone and wanted an extra €0.50! What can I say, stay away from this bar, I think there is better in Verona.

29/08/2024: CAREFUL!! The tub of ice cream with very small quantities, mine specifically had an ant, when I told it to the waitress with short hair and glasses she made me look bad and she kicked us out of the premises, insulting us as we left. They have put the pallet back into storage with ant included.

01/08/2024: Het eten is hier matig. We hadden onder andere 2 vega burgers besteld waarvan er 1 koud was. Nadat we dit aangegeven hadden werd deze opgehaald en na 1 min weer terug gebracht. Is deze met broodje, saus en groente zo in de magnetron geschoven. Het drinken werd voor de helft geserveerd zonder ijsklontjes (Het was 37 graden dus dit is vrij normaal dat je een ijsklontje in je cola mag verwachten) Bij het bedienend personeel kon er sowieso geen lach vanaf maar de hoofdpropper die je naar binnen schreeuwt hoort echt niet in een restaurant thuis. Wij kregen een tafel aangewezen maar andere mensen die via de zijkant plaats wilde nemen op het terras kregen gewoon de wind van voren, lijkt me in de horeca niet echt de bedoeling. Wij zullen hier iig niet meer terug komen en raden andere ook aan om iets anders te zoeken.

01/08/2024: Ein guter Platz um einen netten und gepflegten Abend zu verbringen. Essen ist ok. Service erinnert ein wenig an Massenabfertigung aber nichts desto trotz kann man es sich dort schmecken lassen. Die Preise sind eigentlich ganz moderat und angemessen wenn man bedenkt das es eine Touristenhochburg ist.
