19/09/2025: Horrible, the worst coffee I've ever had in my life, in fact I didn't even drink it, and on top of that they weren't very pleasant when I told them I wanted a coffee with cold milk.

09/09/2025: Rude staff. Today I came in to get a croissant and the bartender didn't even greet me because he was on the phone. Then, even though I asked for the croissant I saw, he kept insinuating they were out of stock even though I pointed out the one I wanted in the display case. Rude responses. I've never been treated so badly. I'll never come again.

16/10/2025: I remembered this stand from around 2018, when it was located at a different location in the park. Back then, it was already my favorite theme park food: the Panino con Salsiccia, which you simply can't find anywhere else. It's still just as good, just a bit more expensive. Unfortunately, the seating nearby is always taken by guests who aren't eating...

07/09/2025: I've been waiting for two sandwiches for over 15 minutes... and the girl works with one hand and with zero slowness and desire!!! I recommend replacing her soon, otherwise the takings will be halved with the endless and listless wait times!!!

23/06/2025: We went for lunch to take advantage of the “lunch 15€” formula. The place is small and with few tables. Once we arrived the waiter told us to sit where we wanted and we waited 15 minutes to order (there were 3 other tables besides us). The food is good for the price but waiting 15 minutes to order and another 15 for the pasta with tomato sauce is unacceptable especially for the formula offered which is designed for quick meals for the lunch break. Not recommended

20/10/2025: I come here often, but the quality is inconsistent. Too often, the chicken isn't fresh, with black/burnt cutlets. Unfortunately, it's not good.

15/10/2025: A disastrous and shocking experience. I'm still shocked by what I saw. First, the atmosphere is unbearable: music too loud, employees making a monstrous racket. Special mention to the man who "cleaned" the room... he swept the floor, then used the same broom to wipe the tables. Yes, you read that right. It's just disgusting. Then, there's no sauce offered at the dispensers, and when we ask for some, we're told it costs €0.40 per sauce. The staff is limp, not welcoming at all; we clearly feel like we're intruding. And finally, this same man came to tell us because we hadn't cleared our tray. Sorry, but given the prices you're charging these days, we're not here to clean for you. Honestly, never again. Dirty, noisy, poorly managed, and no concept of hygiene. I have rarely been so disgusted in a fast food restaurant.

23/10/2025: Average Mc, sandwiches prepared quite poorly. Ordered Coke without ice, received with ice. Some kiosk offerings couldn't be redeemed despite there being no time limit or restrictions.

18/10/2025: I'm writing this review while eating at this infamous place. The fries were raw, the order was wrong, and the rude lady who prepared this delicious side dish for me, after hearing that she'd gotten the order wrong, slapped the missing bacon on the fries in front of me. I don't think this is appropriate, since I've also worked in a tourist environment and during busier times, but I managed to handle the situation politely and appropriately. The girl had wavy hair and was a bit tanned. I hope you take action ASAP. Halve her salary, thanks. (The only good thing about this place was the bacon. Kudos.)

11/09/2025: The kids' food was okay, the salmon tartare was delicious, but then we sat there for almost two hours and our food just didn't arrive. The groups were served the whole time, but the other guests were simply ignored. At first, someone came and took our order, but then no one else. We didn't see anyone else either.

22/10/2025: Disgusting cold food and can't speak English

05/10/2025: I ordered the Tornado Burger, and unfortunately, it was served cold. That’s incredibly poor service for a burger restaurant — I’ve never been served a cold burger before. Of course, after asking if they normally serve cold burgers, I was given a new one, but that’s just unacceptable. They also offer gluten-free pasta, but it’s just simple microwave food. Pathetic. And on top of that, the place is dirty.

20/09/2025: The owner is very unfriendly. We wanted to buy drinks, but he opened the fridge, and several cans fell out because it was completely overfilled. He then wanted us to buy the completely deformed cans, claiming it was our fault. We then left and bought them elsewhere.

13/08/2025: Since I didn't have cash, I had to pay by card, and the manager charged me an extra 64 cents for the transaction, which is illegal. I totally don't recommend it, especially given the exorbitant prices and the extremely poor quality of the pizza. Definitely a tourist trap.

26/10/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The owner is rude and impolite, forcing customers to consume as many times as they ask to use the bathroom. Terrible.

25/10/2025: It's a shame. We're two people, we ordered two coffees, and they only let one of us into the bathroom, which is an unsanitary hole in the floor. It's embarrassing.
