I've been frequenting this bar for a while for work. I already knew the one in Villafranca, where unfortunately the staff is rather cold, as is the atmosphere. This time, however, I found Mrs. Teresa, who serves tables with a truly rare professionalism and kindness. She's always smiling and available. Customer service really makes a difference, and people like Teresa can be an added value to a place where you often find the coffee clerk.

Every morning I go to Moulin for breakfast, not only for the wonderful croissants, but above all for the guys who work there. Courtesy and kindness aren't always a given... Especially Teresa and Alex, who always have a good word for everyone and make the best macchiato in Verona. It's true that sometimes it can get busier, but as soon as they can, the guys restore cleanliness and order... after all, it's a very busy business.
