11/04/2026: I've resigned myself now, orders are never correct at Mac Drive, you always have to check, this time I didn't do it and I got home without chips, which isn't a big deal in itself... but when it always happens that something is missing or the order is wrong... I've decided not to go to this Mac Drive anymore... terrible service...

04/04/2026: I ordered a McWrap with crispy chicken, two strips of lettuce, no tomato, they don't know how to prepare it, terrible service.

11/04/2026: This place may fool you at first look. They make a fantastic spritz. If your in Verona take a little walk outta the center and enjoy a great spritz at this place. And the prices are unbeatable.

15/04/2026: The food was delicious, very much what we were looking for in an italian restaurant: differnt types of pastas, risotto, pizza, sea food. There even was fritto misto. Very kind staff, and a perfect location: close to the port, the malcesine castle and parking. I would definelty recommend!

15/04/2026: Me and my family come from Ireland, and are in Malcesine during the off-peak season, so the town is pretty quiet and empty. Therefore we have been looking for a restaurant that really made us feel like we are in Italy and Ristorsnte Pizzeria Albero did just that! Not only great looking food, but also delicious, especially the frittura mista. You must have it! We also had the home-made lasgna, the seafood risotto and pasta. In short, we were all really happy with our food. We were given complimentary limoncino at the end which was a great surprise. And the nicest staff gifted us a bottle of Garda wine. They left an above-expectations impression and we would hugely recommend!

27/02/2026: A place on the lakeside promenade in Bardolino, with average prices. Nice place. Decent service. Basic aperitif... or even more.

08/02/2026: I'm a regular customer of this place; for me, it's always been the best breakfast in Verona. The croissants and pastries are excellent, and the service has always been excellent. This morning, however, I was truly disappointed. As soon as I walked in, Indian music was blasting. That may be nice for those who like it, but Sunday mornings in a breakfast pastry shop just aren't right. It's like they're playing heavy metal—completely out of tune. It's impossible to have a peaceful breakfast. Then, at the register, when I paid, I saw that the Indian waiter had a pinky nail that was about 3-4 centimeters long. I lost my appetite. In a place that serves food, that's just not acceptable. And as if that weren't enough, the coffee isn't what it used to be—the quality has dropped significantly. I'm truly sad because this used to be my favorite café. I hope they fix these things because it would be a shame to lose such a place.

27/10/2025: I've been to this bar in the past for a graduation and had a positive experience: excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I decided to return and called to reserve a table for Saturday at 6:00 PM, intending to watch a game. The reservation was accepted over the phone. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely disappointing. When we arrived at the appointed time, we found the place closed. There was no warning, no communication, and no one contacted us to inform us of the closure, despite the confirmed reservation. It's unacceptable for a reservation to be confirmed only to find the place closed without warning. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time. Despite the positive experience in the past, an incident like this is enough to make me decide not to return and to discourage the place.

09/08/2025: Very nice bar and good atmosphere. The owners are very friendly. We've been here four evenings in a row now, and they're starting to know what we want to order 🙈 I highly recommend this bar; it's definitely worth a visit.

02/11/2025: I ordered a delicious pizza. I didn't like it very much. My uncle ordered a ham and mushroom pizza. The pizza was raw. They didn't have crème brûlée or tiramisu on the dessert menu. The cappuccino was average. To get four pizzas, you had to wait half an hour. The waiters are very kind and friendly.

14/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria because the one we usually go to was unfortunately closed for vacation, so we decided to try this one, but we were extremely disappointed compared to the pizza we used to eat years ago. The atmosphere was very spartan and cold, with many different types of dough, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't leavened, too hard and undercooked. The effort in research is appreciated, but it's a shame because we could taste the toppings were otherwise good quality. The prices were definitely too high for the location and quality of the pizza, with a cover charge of €2.50 and paper tissues that were decidedly too thin. There's a lot to revise.

03/07/2025: Hello! On a very hot summer day after visiting the gardens, this place was open. A gentleman whose name I don't remember, but I think it was Carlo, served us incredibly well. We ordered a fresh salad, and it was very fresh! And a seafood platter. Excellent!! Delicious Aperol and some simple ice cream for dessert. We spent 43 euros on everything. I would go back a thousand times. I'm left with a wonderful feeling of being served by the elderly people who work there. This place may not be the most modern, but it has the charm of something you'd look for in Italy. THANK YOU ♥️
