Beautiful location but does not respect the established schedule, closes 1 hour earlier and opens the same if not later

Exceptional service and delicious cappuccino. And everyone at the checkout was super fast too. I brought 40 people from Israel. GT driver (TN)

A standard Autogrill stop — clean facilities and decent service overall. Unfortunately, the experience at the bar was disappointing. The staff were quite rude when we asked for a simple glass of water with our coffee, almost refusing to provide it. It’s a shame, because the place itself is fine, but the unfriendly attitude really affects the impression.

Today (November 28, 2025) I picked up a parcel there again. The counter and the shop are okay. The rest stop is a bit dated, but still alright. The restrooms could definitely use a renovation. The staff is nice and friendly. The coffee and croissants are good.
