25/02/2025: The negligent and rude staff... I had problems using a coupon with the app, the guy at the checkout didn't help me and told me to place the order directly from the app, which I did. I paid for the order from the app but I wasn't invited to the kitchen, after repeatedly showing the order (they didn't believe me and ignored me) they finally proceeded to prepare the order. No comment, poor, untrained staff, complete negligence of the customer. I came on 2/25/25 around 8pm

30/01/2025: 3 volte al mc drive e ogni volta tornata a casa manca qualcosa!!!!! La prima volta l’acqua è la frutta di due happy meal, la seconda le patatine, la terza i nuggets!!!! Anche dentro spesso portano e mancano cose ma almeno te ne accorgi subito… Mai più mc drive!!!!! Mai più!!!

12/10/2024: Personale poco qualificato. Si è costretti ad attendere molto prima che arrivi l'ordinazione al tavolo e molto spesso la stessa viene dimenticata o addirittura saltata, perché per distrazione cancellata dal monitor come se fosse stata già preparata.

21/09/2024: For many, many years, trips to or visits to Lazise were naturally associated with eating out at the Alla Grotta restaurant. We were generally more than satisfied, the food was excellent and the service was very accommodating. Andrea, our favorite waiter, always recommended a wonderful menu with raw or lukewarm fish and seafood beyond the official menu and every evening was a successful evening. It was all the more disappointing to see this year that both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. A look at the terrace and into the hotel suggests that everything has been cleared and abandoned from here on out. There were already signs of something happening the year before last. Andrea had resigned, we heard about a change in ownership and the quality of the food and service was already declining. However, the fact that this would have to happen now is a very, very shame. Maybe it will have a new future, the “Alla Grotta”. It would be desirable.

18/08/2024: Starting from the nauseating smell of urine and mould, room with cobwebs, mosquitoes everywhere, cracked and dirty walls, unspeakable, rusty bathroom, a horror of a hotel. I wonder how such a place could be opened.

08/01/2025: Ingredienti, cottura, amalgama dei prodotti perfetti. Cornicione alto. Tagliamo corto: la pizza che ho mangiato qui è stata una vera poesia. Ambiente pulito e moderno, vista su Piazza Bra.

03/01/2025: Nonostante le recensioni negative, ho voluto seguire mia figlia e siamo venuti a mangiare qui. Posto accogliente, personale sempre sorridente e gli ordini sono arrivati puntuali. Qualità del cibo superiore alla media, piatti guarniti con stile ed eleganza. Prezzo corretto

20/12/2024: camerieri molto gentili, ordini arrivati tutti e siamo rimasti molto contenti della qualità del cibo. Sicuramente ritorneremo
