The first impression is promising, but unfortunately, we didn't have a truly memorable experience.
The decor is great, and while the staff is polite, they seem cold and distant; no one laughs or makes a joke.
In our opinion, the food and drinks are very expensive and not very tasty. Just 2 km away, we got the same number of dishes at a small pizzeria for half the price (!) and it was delicious! So it's definitely worth looking for alternatives.

A well-kept Egyptian-style location. The staff is professional. The food is good. I had lasagna alla bolognese. Really good. The price was obviously above average given that the restaurant is in the Gardaland Hotel. Penne al sugo for a child was €15, perhaps a bit too much.

Beautiful place, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had delicious pizza and a great burger, a bit pricey, but we're at the Tutankhamun in Gardaland. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for a celiac meal. I should point out that it wasn't cooked by them, but rather a packaged meal from "Il Marchese." To say it was inedible is an understatement, but the staff was quick to find a solution. Probably because we're celiacs, they weren't prepared. To apologize for this, they didn't charge us for the two meals we didn't eat and offered us coffee. The next day's breakfast was also excellent, very plentiful, and the celiac was super taken care of. Thank you, we'll be back.

The gluten-free food could definitely be improved, but unfortunately it was inedible. Their supplier for this type of food is "Il Marchese," which I strongly advise against at this point.
I don't recommend going for the gluten-free food, but they deducted it from the total and offered us coffee, so they were fair. Otherwise, everything was fine and the service was excellent.

We ordered pasta, which was very good but the portion was very small. The children's menus were the same price as the adult menus. The service wasn't quick when we ordered, at least for us.

One simple word: QUALITY!
A spectacular place for its theme and location. But that's just the beginning. The staff is truly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
But it's the food that makes it all sublime. Top-quality ingredients, distinguishable on the palate individually, even when eaten together.
Truly unexpected. Hats off!

The atmosphere was beautiful, the service a little less so (mostly because of a slightly rude employee), and the food was nonexistent. A vegan cutlet was clearly defrosted in the microwave and served completely tasteless. There were supposed to be potatoes, but they brought me two limp vegetables. Four salty beers also arrived, which were obviously returned. Those who ate the pizza said it wasn't great. €16 for a limp and tasteless cutlet, no way. Come on, improve.
