26/04/2026: Typical Aosta Valley food of great quality in a characteristic setting and with a lovely atmosphere, both outside and inside!!

03/03/2026: A truly charming place, perfectly in keeping with the surrounding atmosphere. We immediately felt welcomed by the super kind and attentive waitress, who recommended we start with the tasting menu (we chose the traditional one) and then add more if desired. It was the best choice: every dish, from first to last, was a wonderful discovery of authentic, well-presented local flavors. You can sense the care taken in the preparation and the attention to the quality of the ingredients. If you're passing through, a stop here for lunch is highly recommended!

07/05/2026: I love this place! My partner and I stayed here for the first time, and we really enjoyed it, as if we were at home. Excellent service, a gorgeous room, a truly top-notch breakfast, and the silence throughout made it a top choice. Wonderful is an understatement! The attention to every little detail, the beauty and elegance of a healthy breakfast. Well done!

03/05/2026: Only visited the restaurant. If you are looking for local specialties, I don't think you will find it better anywhere else. Good food and fine wines. A downside is the lack of non-alcoholic alternatives to wine with the dishes. Only water or soft drinks. And the decor is a bit old-fashioned with dated red chairs. But the food is top-notch.

03/12/2025: This isn't my first time at Tanpì, and as always, the place, food, and service are top-notch. The food is good, the drinks are good, and the staff is friendly and never overbearing. Highly recommended. The best place in the lower valley for excellent quality and fair price.

22/11/2025: Before climbing up to the upper Ayas Valley and immersing yourself forever in polenta concia, carbonade, soup, and crespelle, it's definitely worth stopping at Tanpí in Verrès to try some unusual dishes and ideas. The fried egg with sweetbreads and parmesan cream was orgasmic, with a stellar presentation and flavor. The atmosphere is refined yet youthful and casual, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We're lucky to have moved to live just minutes away from this little place, and it'll become our go-to spot to escape the monotony. For the sake of flavor and polenta concia. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

10/05/2026: Gorgeous place, clean and not too chaotic. We ordered a pretzel and fries for appetizers, and for mains we had the roast beef mille-feuille and the potato rosti with feta and cherry tomatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection and paired with two excellent local beers. Highly recommended if you're visiting Aosta.

The staff went far beyond what I expected and made the entire experience feel personal, relaxing, and effortless. The food quality was exceptional throughout the stay. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the hotel. The spa experience was equally impressive. The sauna facilities alone were worth the trip, with five different saunas and wellness areas that made it easy to completely unwind after exploring the mountains. What really stood out to me was how attentive and helpful everyone was. I arrived not knowing much about the area, and the team immediately helped me organize activities, provided trail maps, explained where to walk, and even helped guide me toward visiting the Cogne mines. It made exploring the region feel seamless and welcoming. Even though I was only here for two days, I genuinely wish I had stayed longer. This place delivered one of the most relaxing and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic luxury mountain retreat with incredible service, wellness facilities, and hospitality that truly feels unmatched.

08/05/2026: Excellent service and delicious food for just €13 if you choose the daily menu. The place is always very busy and has a casual atmosphere. As a regular, I can say I've never had a single complaint.

01/06/2026: A wonderful family-run osteria with excellent, friendly service. Delicious pizza. We highly recommend it. We also tried the panna cotta and tiramisu for dessert: they were absolutely delicious.

The chef has succeeded in bringing colors and flavors from around the world to the table, a culmination of his journeys through flavors and reinterpretations. Each dish is a true journey! Not all of the food was entirely up my alley but that is one of the perks of a tasting menu where the chef selects what you get! I think it was a good value for what you get as well.

06/04/2026: We set off from the Barmasc parking lot and walked through the woods along the stream until we reached the spot. We took a few minutes to enjoy the view and rest, then ordered our meal. We ate it on the lounge chairs overlooking Monte Rosa. The experience, food, and location were wonderful! Definitely worth a try!

09/05/2026: We're from Lecce and dined here for the first time during the off-season (May). We found the atmosphere to be refined and welcoming, thanks in large part to the owners, who made sure to welcome us with a smile and a friendly atmosphere right from the start. Once we'd chosen a table, we immediately sampled the appetizers, sampling the fig bread with pastrami: it exceeded our expectations, both in terms of presentation and flavor. This was followed by a delicious polenta concia with sausage; again, they accommodated our needs by offering us the option of choosing an off-menu option. To further confirm the place's conviviality, we stopped to chat with the owners after dinner.
