19/07/2025: When I lived in La Thuile, I couldn't wait to eat there as soon as I had the chance (at least once a month). If you're from the Courmayeur area or nearby and want to be pampered by excellent staff while eating fantastic meat, this is the place for you. It's the kind of place you bring out-of-town guests to make sure they make a great impression.

17/07/2025: Restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace. Friendly and professional staff. Truly good food and generous portions. The desserts are truly delicious and fresh. Worth a visit if you're in the Courmayeur area. The prices are more than fair.

03/08/2025: Our local friend recommended Caesar Bar Restaurant, and it was a great spot, especially for families with kids. It’s super kid-friendly — there’s a soft playground inside, so you can actually enjoy your lunch or dinner in peace while the little ones play safely. The food is classic Italian — nothing fancy, but well done. The vongole and fried calamari were both very tasty. Overall, it’s a casual place with good food and excellent value for money. If you’re in Aosta with children, this place is definitely worth a visit.

12/07/2025: As soon as we arrived, the slightly older waitress did nothing but pressure us to order. We ordered inedible fried fish and a first course drowned in oil. We won't be returning.

28/07/2025: We enjoyed the 5-course evening menu and it was an exceptional experience! Every dish surprised us as much as it delighted our taste buds! With its surprising yet always delicious combinations, this restaurant is a true gem. The service was also remarkable, with the staff making every effort to overcome our lack of knowledge of the local language and explaining the contents of the dishes to us. Finally, the restaurant's setting, along with the delicious wines, gave this evening an unforgettable, refined touch. Thank you to the entire restaurant team!

12/08/2025: I had lunch there during my vacation in Courmayeur with my family, and the place was truly beautiful. Both traditional and national cuisine. The wine list is truly extensive and covers all price points. The only negative is that the desserts, at €18, are a bit overpriced.

13/08/2025: Great experience!! The servers are great! Very friendly, they speak French, and they even offered us the menu in French!! Absolutely top-notch, the pizzas are very good, and our granddaughter loved the pasta carbonara!! We highly recommend this restaurant 😍😍 The price for 3 people is very reasonable!! Next time we come to Aosta, we already know which restaurant we'll go to! 🤩🤩

02/06/2025: Ottima cena vale il viaggio. Siamo stati a cena sabato 24 maggio, il locale era quasi pieno ma, nonostante ciò, il servizio è stato veloce. L'atmosfera è quella di casa, molto accogliente. La cena è stata veramente ottima, la zuppa è eccezionale, il propietario è una bella persona che ama il suo lavoro e si vede. Lo consiglieremo agli amici e sicuramente torneremo.

19/04/2025: The service deserves zero. The refuge has a high position which is reflected in the good (not excellent) quality of the food which is presented in a refined and refined way. Too bad for the service which is messy and without attention to the customer. Eternal waiting times not only for the dishes but above all to have the attention of the waitresses. After waiting 1 hour for the first order we tried, without success, to call attention 4 times to order desserts. After another half hour of waiting we left and gave up on them. This happened when the shelter was 50% full.

Aug 2024 At dinner with my wife, we found the best restaurant in the Valley. Wide selection, excellent food, very friendly service, and excellent value. We've rebooked for the next evening with the whole family. Highly recommended!! We returned the following evening with the family, and the previous excellent review was more than confirmed. The meat, which we know well as Tuscans, was extraordinary. The onion soup was exceptional, as were the desserts. Kudos to all the ladies who wait on tables, always present and kind, and the chef was excellent. I repeat, if you're in Gressoney, don't miss this experience.

12/08/2025: Very competitive, the fried appetizers were absolutely awful, but the gnocchi at Blue were delicious. The bill was quite high, but the service and atmosphere were okay.
