A menu that recovers ancient flavors with fresh and innovative combinations but always in harmony with the exceptionally fresh and good raw materials. Wonderful wine list. Service and pampering. 14/08/2024: I came here a few months ago but regretfully forgot to write a review! Everything was amazing but the pigeon liver"paté" (I'm not certain what it was) seriously keeps me up at night! There is no doubt that the pigeon preparation was the best I have ever had!

20/08/2024: Restaurant recommended by friends, excellent food, mixed starter, fondue, Fassona tartare, carbonada accompanied by local wine, all excellent and friendly and professional staff. Surrounded by greenery, it's worth the road to get there! Price more than correct for the quality and quantity of the food.

17/08/2024: The booking instructions were not respected. The room was supposed to be overlooking the parking lot with a bathroom with a window while we were given a room in the basement with zero view and a bathroom without a window. The others were already all occupied. We complained a lot and at that point we were given a bottle of wine and given a small discount on dinner. The problem is that the price of the rooms should be differentiated between those on the second floor and those in the basement. And in any case they should be renovated.

08/08/2024: I can? As soon as you enter the place, at the foot of PILA, you feel good finding typical and strange objects combined with great taste. An aperitif in the outdoor area is just the beginning of the evening: everything else then comes to the table! Courses prepared with great skill by a thousand stars combined with wines for all types of palates told and illustrated by a highly trained staff. The management, in the hands of Natalie and Tiziano, removes all doubts in all fields. You feel at home, among friends, you feel good, you breathe a nice, peaceful and cheerful atmosphere. The only flaw, we had to return home for the evening at the end of dinner. Next time we plan to enjoy the fantastic and welcoming rooms while enjoying the sunrise and sunset on the most beautiful peaks in Italy. I recommend it, then you tell me yourself.

24/08/2024: I didn't put a rating on the rooms because we were just passing through. Never been welcomed so well in any other refuge!!! The guys who work there are wonderful people! Here we understand the TRUE function of a shelter! Excellent cuisine! The homemade apple pie is highly recommended!!!! Thank you guys for everything you do and how you do it! I admire you! Roberto and Leo the chihuahua!

16/08/2024: - bellissima passeggiata di circa 2 ore per arrivare al rifugio, accessibile anche coi i bimbi (noi avevamo una bimba di 5 anni e mezzo): sono circa 8 km con un dislivello di 400 metri dal parcheggio - rifugio molto bello con la possibilità di camere singole - cena in rifugio come poche ! Tutto buonissimo - personale molto gentile - bagni puliti e comodi Era la seconda volta che andavamo , non escludo di tornarci una terza!

31/07/2024: Always a certainty of quality, courtesy and abundance at fair prices for the service and menu offered. All very fresh cooked on the spot. A restaurant for adults and families with children where they always find attention paid to their dishes. Top!!!

11/08/2024: Located on the TMB route. Very good service and a very good meal in the evening at the hotel restaurant. The setting is obviously superb, proximity to Mont Blanc obliges 🙂 Good breakfast including regional products. Also note for hikers the presence of a water point and an ATM a hundred meters further down the street

09/08/2024: Clean and welcoming hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with homemade cakes and tarts. Also recommended is the restaurant open for both lunch and dinner except on Mondays. The only flaw is the lack of a mini bar in the room.

24/08/2024: Good dishes, service attentive to detail, owner very kind and knowledgeable about both wines and dishes. We had appetizers, first courses and desserts, we will definitely return to try the second courses.

20/08/2024: We went to dinner to celebrate our anniversary, we went to many restaurants but, on this occasion, we had the pleasure of meeting the waiter NICO who, with his professionalism, passion and involvement, made this evening MAGICAL by making us enjoy and savor it. for the first time the fantastic bitter "Dente di Dandelion" anticipated by a fabulous explanation of its origin. We will definitely return to relive this experience with the hope of meeting the FANTASTIC NICO again. We highly recommend going there but only if served by him! See you soon! Sofia and Armando

21/08/2024: Hotel in an excellent location overlooking the Fenis castle. Very nice and easy to reach. Absolutely to be improved is the breakfast, strangely lacking in water and juices and with some products that are not exactly fresh of the day. One more star for the ethical initiative

31/08/2024: Place chosen by chance, we wanted to eat some fish and we made an excellent choice! Not a very large place, but developed on two floors. Really friendly and helpful staff, very good food! Nothing to say! Very generous starter! The mussels are delicious, a truly special sauce! The same one they use to season the seafood risotto, I really liked it! Dessert served with a glass of moscato which went very well. Above all, not too much expense, I would say the quality for the price is very excellent! Truly highly recommended!

28/08/2024: I had lunch in this restaurant during a work break and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery. The decor of the place is a little dated, with a style reminiscent of times gone by, but don't let the appearance fool you: the quality of the food is really good! The dishes are well prepared and served with care, using fresh, quality ingredients. The quality-price ratio is definitely right, which is not always easy to find. If you are looking for a place to have a good lunch without spending too much, this restaurant is highly recommended for a relaxing and satisfying lunch break.

26/07/2024: I have been frequenting this establishment for some time and I cannot help but give it a 5 star review. In it I have always found maximum cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness from all the staff, modern equipment and an environmental atmosphere suitable for all ages. A special mention for Daniele, employee of "The Studio café". In fact, Daniele combines great professionalism, good nature and total availability towards the various needs of customers. I recommend this structure to those who care about hygiene, environmental friendliness and maximum professionalism.
