Beautiful place, excellent food, and a fair price. In fact, it's often packed. Call ahead to make sure there's room. The polenta, luganega, and mushrooms are especially good.

Typical restaurant outside the village with a panoramic view of the valley. Very refined and traditional cuisine. The young staff is equally attentive and friendly. A must-see when passing through the area.

Excellent, beautiful, traditional inn with a charming atmosphere, professional, courteous, and friendly staff, and a wide selection of dishes, all excellent. From appetizers to dessert. Portions are generous; I challenge anyone to leave feeling under-full. The cured meats, homemade pasta, and polenta combined in various ways. The one with melted cheese and luganega luganega is a foodie's dream. And let's not forget the wine cellar. The interior dining room doubles as a panoramic terrace. I've been there twice in a row, but once isn't enough.

Excellent food, the waitress was very kind and polite. Prices were reasonable for the location. Before entering, you can admire the enchanting valley on the right! Recommended

18/04/2026: Cipriana is a fantastic, upscale village restaurant. For a more intimate atmosphere, there's a separate area with just five tables. The menu covers all the bases of Italian cuisine. The wine list is extensive and features award-winning wines from Trentino. I can honestly say the chef(s) are absolutely top-notch. All the ingredients are sourced locally. My favorite was the beef fillet with green peppercorns. The meat was of superb quality, tender, medium-rare, and cooked to perfection. The risotto was a true delight. Simply put, if you have the chance, stop by and enjoy this delicious meal. Best regards

The dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, showcasing Trentino cuisine with a touch of creativity. Each course was a pleasant discovery, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always attentive to their guests' needs, making you feel welcomed and at home. A truly five-star place: perfect for a romantic dinner, a family lunch, or a special occasion. Kudos to the entire staff; we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
