27/05/2025: Ristorante sulla strada statale a Pieve di Ledro offe cucina locale ben fatta a prezzi abbastanza contenuti. Bigoli con sarde di buona fattura , polenta di patate che accompagnano funghi trifolati. Un gelato con i liquori della farmacia Foletto per chiudere. Servizio veloce e informale. Ottimo per un veloce pasto .

02/06/2025: The paninis for €4 are unbeatable. They're generously filled, and you even get sample pieces. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Yesterday, June 12, I wanted to take a siesta at this little bar but it was closed, even though it was indicated outside it was written that after "June 2" they would open the bar all week from 09:00 to 18:00

17/04/2025: Refuge where you can find everything: restaurant with refined and quality cuisine with top-quality cellar, self-service equipped with excellent dishes, well-stocked and well-organised bar, top environment. We go every year in March and have a big party and feel right at home. Great hospitality, the Dosson refuge is the nerve center of the snow season in Andalo. Highly recommended

08/06/2025: Ordered pad thai, vegetable noodles, spring roll and spiedini pollo. As an asian itself , iam Finding asian restaurant around trento, the portion is big. I never thought it is big... And we ordered a lot.. so we just take home all left overs. I cant appreciate the pad thai at first because im soooooo full with teh spiedini already but.... After Reheating the pad thai the day after, i really like it .. taste good.. ❤️❤️❤️ really good. I hope they also offer spicy vinegar for a dip for spring roll ahaha but i guess its not into the italian taste buds... I hope also they could offer rice with shrimp paste and tom yum... Hope next time we could try their pizza since it looks good also... Just a little bit disappointed, because they dont offer us dessert or coffee, anyways .. not major thing.. im looking forward to taste their mango sticky rice . Over all experience --- its soooo good 👍👍 Recommended!

17/05/2025: Excellent pizza, typical but dark and not very well-kept place. Poor service, very unprofessional and rushed. One of the waiters spilled some food on me while taking my plate and didn't even apologize. The waitresses were clearing the table in a hurry, we had barely finished dinner, having plates and glasses passed to us (there were still unfinished bottles of water on the table). There were 8 of us, we booked and they put us on a table for serious people.

28/03/2025: Dopo una passeggiata nella cittadina di Fiera di Primiero, abbiamo deciso di fermarci presso questo locale consigliato da amici, scelta ottima. Abbiamo gustato la loro specialità( patata ripiena), degli hamburgher vegetali e con carne fatti con ottimi prodotti di qualità, accompagnati da vino e birre molto buone. Consigliato.

16/03/2025: Visto più volte passando di corsa , finalmente ho avuto il tempo di fermarmi per un pranzo veloce , e gustare la carne proposta . Che dire , se non bravi , perchè il posto è piccolino ma molto curato con arredo vintage , perchè la proposta di carne locale , ma di alta qualità si è sentita , perchè tutti fanno la solita banale cucina tradizionale trentina , e qui invece per me era una novità sia per la proposta sia per la qualità , perchè una novità se non gestita con passione diventa una novità commerciale e finisce li . bravi , giovani , disponibili e gentili .

05/05/2025: Recommended bar in Torbola. Nicely tucked away off the main drag. A pleasant place for an evening wine. They have a simple menu, you won't get lost when choosing. You always get the option to take some snacks for free with your wine! (Chips, nuts,….). I would definitely recommend visiting in the evening, when the garden is lit up with lights. Romantic place. No service charge. Prices good!

12/06/2025: Purtroppo non posso giudicare la cucina perché, per come siamo stati accolti, la reazione simultanea mia e di mio marito è stata di salutare e girare i tacchi. Per fortuna, perché poi siamo andati in un posto meraviglioso, dove siamo stati accolti bene e abbiamo mangiato egregiamente.

The place is a living picture, painted in dark wood and white tablecloths, suspended between past and present. The chairs aged by the smiles of those who lived there before, the scent of polished wood and oak barrels that can be seen in a corner: everything here speaks of an authentic Trentino, of green valleys and skies that are reflected in the nearby lakes. The glasses sang deep notes: a Pinot Noir that caressed the palate with a gentle freshness, a Nosiola that revealed mountain flowers in a crystalline sip. Each label seemed to tell the story of a hill, a winemaker who knows the vineyard like an old friend, and who passed on to us the baton of an ancient flavor. In the dishes, tradition danced with delicacy. The strangolapreti, soft as clouds of flour and spinach, melted under a veil of butter that was almost liquid gold; the polenta with porcini mushrooms, an earthy embrace, whispered stories of woods and mushrooms hidden among the roots of the larches. And then, the stewed venison: tender, wrapped in a sauce that seemed like a secret kept by the forest. The staff – elegant, discreet, ready with a smile that never sounds formal – made each service a welcoming ritual. But it was Mario, the chef, who transformed the dinner into an unforgettable celebration. With his affability he crossed the threshold of the kitchen, bringing with him the warmth of someone who loves his job and shares it without reservations.
