The food is very good, but the portions aren't huge. Don't order a Coke; you'll pay more for ice than for the drink itself. The service was a bit slow. But the place is beautiful.

When we visited Trento in both October and April, we came to this lovely restaurant several times. We really appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the restaurant’s staff, who were always very sweet and welcoming. We also enjoyed the food very much. We tried several dishes and were very pleased with the taste. In October, our favorite dish was the pasta with truffles. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely come back when we visit Trento again. Grazie mille!

Was there with a tour group on Easter Monday. They may have opened up just for us. We had a fixed menu, so perhaps not representative but the food was nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is great. A romantic building from the 1600s.

I ordered a platter and the dumplings, and everything was truly delicious! The chopped vegetables in the dumplings and the Moena cheese are a perfect combination. The staff and owner were truly kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasantly relaxed for dinner, with good music.

Good restaurant...it used to be! Old-fashioned, the only saving grace is the kitchen, run by capable young people, a little inexperienced but promising.

15/11/2025: A mid-November getaway with a traditional dinner in a restaurant where you can breathe in the mountain air. Reservations recommended; the staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Antica Trattoria "Al Volt"

13/02/2026: Delicious Italian food and great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
10/01/2026: First time in Trento, we Googled a typical trattoria, and we hit the nail on the head! They welcomed us even though it was past 2 PM, and the service was excellent! The place was warm and welcoming, the wine was excellent, and the food was delicious!
