A wonderful discovery! A warm and welcoming place, very friendly staff, and excellent pizza made with carefully selected, top-quality ingredients. We also ordered a gluten-free pizza, which was excellent too. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: We come back because they serve the best carne salada, raw and cooked, in the area, in Trentino, and I'm not wrong if I'm going out on a limb and saying anywhere in the world. The other dishes are also rich in flavor, tasty, well-prepared, and plentiful, but the carne salada... Interesting and affordable wine list; it's a shame, especially, that you can't drink during this time of year. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate. No-frills service, attentive and friendly. The price? Ca Briosi's carne salada is priceless!! Yes, the bill is fair!
