The quality of the cuisine is excellent, both for those who love pizza: fragrant, well-filled and cooked to perfection, and for those who prefer land and sea dishes, always well-prepared and full of flavor. A strong point is undoubtedly the splendid veranda overlooking the internal garden, a quiet and green corner ideal for enjoying lunch in total relaxation. Perfect for a regenerating break in the middle of the day, with attentive and friendly service that completes the experience. Highly recommended for those looking for good food, a relaxed atmosphere and a touch of tranquility.

01/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A genuine and satisfying experience between authentic flavors and breathtaking views During a weekend on a motorbike between Avio, Ferrara di Monte Baldo and Malcesine, we decided to stop for dinner at the Rifugio Monte Baldo, attracted by its panoramic position and the offer of a tasting menu for €22. Even though we were not guests of the accommodation, the welcome was warm and familiar, as if they had known us for a long time. The refuge overlooks one of the most suggestive views of Monte Baldo, and just climbing up there at sunset is an experience worth the trip. But it is at the table that the Rifugio really manages to leave its mark. The tasting menu was a very pleasant surprise: balanced, abundant, and with attention to flavors without being heavy or excessive. All the dishes had that authentic taste of home-made mountain cuisine, with local raw materials and traditional recipes. The service was kind, smiling and punctual, while maintaining that informal tone typical of refuges, which makes you feel at home. The quality-price ratio is also truly remarkable: with 22 euros per person you eat abundantly, without sacrificing quality. In conclusion, we highly recommend stopping for dinner here if you are in the area, especially after a day in the open air or on a motorbike among the hairpin bends of Baldo. It is the ideal place to savor the mountain on a plate, among silence, stars and the scent of wood.

02/06/2025: Non sapendo se il rifugio era aperto abbiamo optato per un pranzo al sacco con l’intenzione poi di fare merenda al rifugio. Non avendo però pranzato al rifugio ci è stato detto che non potevamo stare nel prato con la coperta essendo proprietà privata (prato enorme e vuoto, l’unico nei pressi del rifugio). Ovviamente è un loro diritto, mi chiedo però perché certa gente apra un rifugio se non ha idea di cosa sia l’ospitalità di un vero rifugio di montagna. La merenda l’abbiamo fatta da un’altra parte, li non ci torniamo.

18/05/2025: Abbiamo raggiunto il rifugio a piedi da Pineta di Faedo in meno di un'ora, percorrendo la strada in mezzo a un bel bosco. Il rifugio si trova vicino al "Roccolo" ancora ben mantenuto. I piatti offerti sono gustosi e attinenti a quelli che normalmente vengono proposti nei rifugi, però con un tocco di raffinatezza in più, tanto che si avvicinano a quelli tipici della città. Il personale gentile e attento al cliente, buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!

27/04/2025: Beautiful place and tasty food. But above all the supreme kindness of the managers. I went with my family and my ten month old daughter. Great attention towards everyone and even towards the little one, even if we were not the only table with small children. Always with availability and a smile.

16/06/2025: My favourite restaurant in Arco, visited three times this trip. Pizza is delicious (very much my taste), seafood good and Spaghetti Aglio/olio very good. Staff is nice and attentive. If only the grana padano/parmiggiano wouldn't be served in little packages (I guess it's better than stored/served in the typical glass bins, but it reduces romanticism). Tiramisu is ok, but I have very high expectations for that...

15/05/2025: We ate two very good pizzas (which were also served to us a few minutes after ordering despite the restaurant being full), top-quality ingredients, just the right amount of flavor and above all we digested them without any problems. Excellent service with young waiters, friendly but never intrusive. Worthy of note are the homemade desserts which were truly excellent. Parking in the area is not exactly easy but a walk to Arco is always pleasant and in any case it is worth it also to admire the noteworthy historical location. Paid the right amount without surprises. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

02/07/2025: We spent a very nice weekend with all the comforts that this hotel can give, we ate very well and the rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean.

31/03/2025: Excellent stay. - strategic position near the ski lifts - Very welcoming and well-kept hotel and room, the only flaw: we found a lot of dust in the room - nice but a little dated wellness area, however it has everything you need to relax - top dinner and breakfast I definitely recommend.

09/03/2025: Absolutely not suitable for celiacs, there are two miserable dishes of which one is the french fries, furthermore they cook both dishes in the same kitchen risking contaminating the food with gluten. If you bring gluten-free food from home to have lunch with friends or relatives, even if the latter buy the dishes offered by the refuge, the waiters and the owner rudely order you to leave the refuge and eat outside in the cold.
