25/11/2025: Monte Baldo is a simply wonderful place, worth visiting at least once in your life. Stunning views, clean air, and nature everywhere: it's one of those places that truly rejuvenate you. I've been there, and the experience is well worth it, both for the lake view and the relaxing walks at altitude. The only downside is the parking for the peripheral road up to the top: it's hard to find and very expensive. This is a bit of a contrast to the beauty of the place and could be managed better. Otherwise, Monte Baldo remains a splendid destination that I absolutely recommend.

06/12/2025: I recently dined at this restaurant and had a very positive experience overall. Among the first courses, the pappardelle with venison ragù was truly delicious, flavorful, and well-balanced. The spazzles, however, had too much cream in them, making them a bit heavy, while the polenta gnocchi were a pleasant surprise: tasty and well-made. The highlight of the evening, however, was the venison fillets, simply exceptional: tender, perfectly cooked, and rich in flavor. The desserts were also excellent, carefully prepared and truly delicious. The staff was always kind and welcoming, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. The final bill was €226, a good value considering the quality of the dishes and the service. Recommended!

01/10/2025: A truly special hidden spot! All the dishes are homemade with ingredients from the garden. The black beans are fantastic, a must try! The polenta with tosella cheese, the sauerkraut, and the blueberry ice cream are also delicious. Finally, a homemade blueberry grappa is the perfect end to the meal. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's absolutely worth it. Welcoming, authentic, and quiet. I'll be back!

05/10/2025: Right next to the main street, so easy to find. The food was delicious, and we received very quick service! I recommend reserving a table on weekends; it's always very busy! Excellent value for money.

14/12/2025: For years (I've been coming to Folgaria since I was a child), I've wanted to try this restaurant, and by chance, on the evening of December 8th, I ended up there for the first time, late (8:45 PM), considering the parameters of a mountain dinner. We were told it was a bit late, but from the initial "second courses only," the choice opened up to the entire menu. Two excellent first courses: bigoli with beef and vegetable ragù and bread gnocchi (similar to the capunsei of our Mantuan tradition), which we fully appreciated. We added a beef tartare with warm courgettes, which, despite our no longer empty stomachs, was very much appreciated. The owners in the dining room were friendly and very kind. The service was quick; we were in and out in 45 minutes. The location inside was very beautiful and characteristic of a mountain restaurant, with a rustic style but elegant dining. We'll definitely return when planning our evening.

10/12/2025: A very nice and traditional restaurant, with limited seating, excellent service, and excellent food. I would have given it five stars, but the prices are quite high, and I personally think a 15% reduction would be appropriate, especially since some of the first and second courses are very small. I highly recommend the place, though.

20/11/2025: They used to have a lot of dairy-free options for lactose intolerant people. Then, at a certain point, they decided to eliminate them all. Last Sunday, I called and asked if they had anything dairy-free, and a man on the phone said yes, listing the options. I got there and the waitresses told me they had absolutely nothing. I only had a juice. I had gone there specifically for breakfast. Embarrassing. In 2025.

27/09/2025: The rooms are fine, clean, and comfortable, but the greatest asset of this hotel and restaurant is the absolutely fantastic and friendly staff. We felt great here! Regarding the location, we visited in summer; in winter, it's probably easier to get here and from there without a car. For those exploring the Brenta region entirely on foot, it's a good starting (and ending) point, but getting back by bus is quite a challenge, which is obviously more a problem of the local population's lack of transportation than a drawback of the hotel. Overall, I was surprised during my stay in this region that there's virtually no public transportation, even between nearby towns.

06/09/2025: We arrived for dinner. The waiters were very friendly, and the place was average. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cured meats were good, but I would have preferred a variety of cheeses. There were only two that weren't bad, but I expected better. We then ordered pizzas. The ortolane were loaded with vegetables (which according to the menu were supposed to be grilled), which wasn't a bad thing, except they looked more like boiled vegetables than grilled. As for the dough, I wasn't expecting anything different; I understand we're in the mountains after all. For dessert, they served profiteroles. I've had better, but it's still a dessert! If you want a simple meal, it's fine. Prices are average.

11/10/2025: We stayed here for two nights to explore the hometown of my grandparents - Cagno and Revo. A superior plus corner room with a balcony overlooking the lake. What a view!!!! Best materials were used to build this room. Outside blinds that are open and closed and lowered and raised remotely. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Lay in bed , open the blinds and see the lake out one window and the mountain out of the other. We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and all of the food was delicious. Even had made to order scrambled eggs for breakfast. We travel a lot in Europe and in the US. This is the best room and stay that we ever had!
