The use of flowers in desserts, herbal teas with herbs collected by them, excellent chocolate! and many books on natural and mountain cuisine to consult! A pleasure for the palate and the soul. 05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!

15/08/2025: Disappointed and annoyed. This isn't the first time I've noticed inappropriate behavior from some staff members, but this time it was impossible to ignore. One waiter in particular stood out for his invasive attitude, harsh jokes, and personal questions directed at customers, creating an awkward and unprofessional atmosphere. A restaurant is not the place for advances, innuendos, or unsolicited confidences. Customers come to eat and enjoy the experience, not to be made uncomfortable by those who should be ensuring courtesy, respect, and discretion. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely undermines the reputation of the establishment, regardless of the quality of the food or the service of other staff members. A single employee behaving like this is enough to ruin a table's meal and the image of the entire restaurant. If the restaurant's management doesn't intervene and train or replace staff who don't know how to behave, they won't be able to complain when customers decide not to return. Professionalism means knowing where to stop, and here the line has long been crossed.

03/08/2025: Delicious food and a varied menu. A great selection of seafood. Plus, delicious Munich beer on tap and a relaxed atmosphere in the charming garden with a playground for children (and two goats at the end of the property). Inside, the ambiance is more chic in the vaulted cellar – accordingly, the prices are a bit higher, although certainly commensurate with the quality. We'd be happy to come back!

03/08/2025: A former quarry transformed into a restaurant. Excellent pizzas and fabulous first courses. The nettle meatloaf is a delight.

15/08/2025: A cabin surrounded by evergreens. Inside, lots of wood and large windows: here you eat overlooking the Brenta Dolomites! A beautiful view! 22/07/2025: Un tipico ristorante di montagna in cui si mangia benissimo! Il tris di canederli e il cervo in umido con polenta e marmellata di prugne erano deliziosi. Personale attento e luogo accogliente (prenotando per cena non siamo riusciti a gustarci la vista tra le montagne ma deve essere davvero bellissima). Animali ammessi, avevamo con noi un cagnolino che è stato ben accolto. Ci torneremo volentieri, super consigliato!

22/06/2025: Good morning everyone, I would like to start with the fact that I love this restaurant for several reasons. The first is because I love the owner and waiter nicknamed "papà bosio" who is very nice and attentive to us and I had the opportunity to taste many dishes that I had never tasted in my life, so the few times I came to this restaurant I always found myself in inhuman conditions and I never paid a heart, not even a single cent, being a friend of the godson of a Dennis bosio. I recommend everyone to eat there and greetings to everyone 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
