27/09/2025: I'll say right away that the food is excellent! The chef is the owners' daughter and her father's culinary heir: she's incredibly talented, respecting tradition but with her creative touch and great skill, she prepares excellent dishes. The food is very authentic, perfectly prepared, from appetizer to dessert, nothing to complain about! The bread is also very good (which is not a given). The owner, the chef's mother, is very welcoming and respectful of time. With great kindness, this family guides you through the art of catering with freedom and sweetness. The place is very welcoming, very clean, and the restrooms are impeccable. Excellent value for money. Thank you, Briosi family.

21/09/2025: One of the best meals we had during g our trip to Italy. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was excellent. Would love to go back again.

29/09/2025: The staff was very rude and unhelpful, even though it was late September and half empty. I asked for a Margherita pizza, asking for half to be without mozzarella, and the answer was "we don't do half and half" (so much for half and half, it was just a matter of not putting plain mozzarella on half the pizza... no big deal). The bottom line was that we had to get two mini pizzas for the same price: €6 for the one with mozzarella and €6 for the one without. We'll never go back!

10/09/2025: This is our fourth time here, although the last time was about two years ago. Our main reason for visiting is the truly peaceful outdoor area, which offers a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center, especially at lunchtime. Add some delicious pasta with a glass of Gewürztraminer, and all is well with the world. And all at absolutely reasonable prices. However, there are some drawbacks with the spinach dumplings, which are more like semolina dumplings. Nevertheless, Grazie mille and we'll be back...

08/09/2025: Delicious pizzas! The restaurant is neat and clean, with friendly and helpful waitresses. You can eat outside or inside; both are well-kept and clean.

23/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria, spacious interior, friendly staff, fast service. The only downside: they don't take reservations; you have to go and leave your name at the cashier and they'll call when a seat becomes available. It's also worth trying as a restaurant.

05/03/2025: Dopo una escursione, con mia moglie, al lago di Pian Palù è stato d'obbligo un pranzo rigenerante tra la frescura di questa valle. Accompagnata dalle bontà delle proposte della cucina di questa malga che dispone di tavoli fuori con vista da sogno. Servizio e cordialità impeccabile come da luoghi di montagna. Carne di cervo top. Interessante chiacchierata con la proprietà che si è unita con noi al tavolo a fine servizio.

30/12/2024: Posto immerso nella natura, tra panorami fiabeschi di boschi innevati. Malga accogliente per la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce e per il calore del posto, tutto rustico e arredato con cura per donare il sapore caldo della montagna d' inverno. La stufa accesa, tutto di legno, decorato natalizio, personale sorridente e gentile. Il menù è sul foglio al tavolo, tutti piatti tipici trentini, tortei di patate, salumi e formaggi di malaga, canederli, gnocchi di spinaci, tagliatelle ai funghi locali, carni e dolci. Tutto molto buono, saporito e gustoso, prezzi nella norma. Segnalo il gesto di grande cortesia dei ragazzi che sia per salire che per scendere dalla strada ghiacciata sono venuti giù cn la loro auto per portare mia mamma col bastone. Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo tutto locale e tipico, ottima atmosfera. Complimenti a tutta la Malga Frattasecca!

04/10/2025: Excellent experience, we stayed in the hotel on a half-board basis, the restaurant offers really good dishes, a truly valid experience, and even the breakfast has a wide choice, the room is very nice, clean and welcoming, I would say an experience to repeat.

30/09/2025: Excellent value for money. I was skeptical because the food in hotels isn't usually as good as in restaurants, but here I was pleasantly surprised! The quality is very high, superior to many restaurants in the area. I recommend the tasting menu as it includes four courses.

16/10/2025: I really liked the outdoor terrace overlooking the city of Trento...the waiters were friendly. The local dishes were very good, but the pizza was a bit disappointing. The price/quality ratio was good. It's a good option for a sunny outdoor lunch.

15/10/2025: There's not much to say about it, other than the fact that it's a spectacular restaurant with a rock in the middle of the outdoor terrace. The pizza is excellent.

09/09/2025: Roberto is always there, behind his marble balcony, preparing pizzas for the oven. The pasta is excellent, well-cooked and flavorful. The condos are so plentiful to choose from. Excellent, I'd say. 😀💪🏼👍🏼
