You should definitely stop here and then visit the à la carte restaurant upstairs. We were exceptionally well looked after, even with steak tartare prepared tableside by the chef! The other dishes are also very good. The atmosphere here is simply cozy, warm, and welcoming!

16/04/2026: 5-star aperitif, as soon as we arrived in Trento we stopped for an aperitif with a spritz made with their liqueur and had a mixed fried fish to accompany (in addition to their small plate) everything fantastic and honest... shame we didn't have time for dinner... maybe next time... very friendly staff! Recommended!

21/02/2026: We stopped there, drawn by the Augustiner beer banners, which were not easy to find. The place was warm, welcoming, and clean (with a fragrant bathroom at 6 PM). Dario was really kind, offering us a mini crostini and chips to go with it. Then we talked about wines, and the Pas Dosé he offered was truly appreciated. The rolled sandwich with Russian salad was also excellent. I recommend it!
