What many don't know is that the facility is granted for management by the municipality to whoever wins the tender at the end of the contract. In 2024, the year I read terrible things, the managers weren't the same as they are today (2025).
The staff is kind, young, always smiling, and decidedly patient, even with children whose parents, perhaps because they're on vacation, forget to supervise and keep a check on them. Excellent not just for a quick coffee but also for a relaxing aperitif.

12/09/2025: We stayed at Hotel Fai the first week of September because my children were participating in a gymnastics camp at the Palazzo dello Sport, which is right across the street. It was our second year here, and every time we return, we feel like we're part of the family. The food is excellent, the rooms spotless, the service excellent, and the staff truly exceptional! We can't wait to return.

30/08/2025: We went into the bar for something different given the rainy day and were a little tired of the usual polenta and meat with cheese. We ate two AMAZING toasties. From the first bite, I felt like a child again, identical to the toast my mother made. Our son had the egg salad with anchovy sauce, which was really good. We also really appreciated the fact that while we were waiting, they brought us three canapés accompanied by chips as a snack. We were so happy, we went back before heading home, and the grilled chicken with grilled vegetables and potatoes was more than delicious, so much so that we've booked to stay at the hotel next winter. The service was friendly, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
