24/02/2026: Very centrally located hotel. Newly furnished rooms, very clean (a plus), and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. Comfortable mattress (which allowed for excellent recovery), plenty of pillows. Safe. Kettle with tea available (a much appreciated idea!). There is no private parking, but public parking has been made available a few meters away. Excellent value for money. Overall, we were very satisfied. We will return for longer stays.

29/10/2025: Great atmosphere and excellent service! The food is very good, especially the sandwiches, and the portions are generous. It's a shame the salad is a bit small, but it's still tasty! The restaurant/shop concept is also nice! A good place to eat quickly and without any fuss.
26/10/2025: Lunch on October 24th.
The bruschetta was good, but the chickpea, potato, and coppa pasta dish was out of this world! Well done!
We also tried the Bronte pistachio cake, which was very good.
The coffee could be improved.
I gave the atmosphere a 4⭐️ because a pigeon was flying between the tables, which was truly unhygienic.
The bill was reasonable.

08/01/2026: Ordered 2 Panettone online with delivery in France. The "Late Mandarin of Ciaculli" is wow ! Best smell and taste ever!
"Classic a.D. 1476" still untouched ....for now 😀 I can bet it will be even better!

10/03/2026: This isn't the first time I've had gelato here over the years, and as always, it's truly delicious! But this time, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find so many lactose-free treats, given that I recently discovered my intolerance. Quality, courtesy, and so much care, thank you!
10/03/2026: I happened to be passing by Via Grazioli and saw a lot of people queuing outside this ice cream shop. Intrigued, I got in line. I got a tub with 3 flavors: Cremino, Sacher, and 'you weren't expecting it'. The sales assistant who served me was very kind and professional. From now on, if I need an ice cream in the city, I know where to go. Super quality and super service. Delicious ice cream!

05/03/2026: A go-to bar for aperitifs in the center of Cavalese. When it's crowded, the atmosphere can be a bit chaotic.

11/02/2026: Illy coffee is delicious. I especially recommend it when there's a barista behind the bar. The attention to detail in serving coffee is definitely better. We went several times during our trip, and the atmosphere is impressive. In my opinion, it's the best place for coffee in Cavalese.

06/01/2026: My family and I arrived at 7:30 PM. We were warmly welcomed, sat down, and shortly afterward, we were served our order, along with excellent bread. Our dishes arrived within 5 minutes.

23/09/2025: I arrived after eight hours of walking, with three more ahead of me.
I had already finished my two liters of water.
The refuge was about to close (in 10-15 minutes), there were no customers, and I asked if there was a fountain to refill water, but there wasn't one.
I then asked if it was possible to fill it at the tap and that I would even pay for it, but no: it wasn't possible and the only solution was to buy a plastic bottle.
A girl (a friend of theirs?) started laughing and, mocking me, convinced them to let me fill my water bottle because otherwise "I could die of dehydration."
They filled it for me from the tap. Half.

27/02/2026: Charm hotel on a walking distance to the gondola. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious food. You can relax in caml atmosphere in the spa with jacuzzi and sauna. Last but not least the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: For them, it was certainly just two guests or a reservation, but for us, it was a true treat, with attentive and precise service. The food tells the story of Trentino cuisine (albeit with a modern twist), while preserving the flavors and respect for the local ingredients. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our special occasion!

Beautiful property, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The spacious rooms, the spa (reservation required) is a real gem, and the restaurant is top-notch!
Very clean and fragrant, and the view is breathtaking!
We left this place reluctantly, promising to return!

27/02/2026: We had carbonara, lasagna, goulash soup, and pizza. All the dishes were delicious. The only downside was the small portions of pasta and lasagna.
21/02/2026: The best on-slope restaurant in the entire Alpe Lusia resort. Delicious, home-cooked food and an equally homey, friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank, and soak up the sun on the terrace. Highly recommended!
