This is my favorite restaurant in Trento, everything is just top notch Friendly staff, despite being full Food is top notch, the chefs are incredible, the selection of vegetarian dishes is impressive The Sacher dessert is the most delicious in all of Europe Prosperity to you.

I tried this restaurant during a business trip after stumbling upon it, and was pleasantly surprised. The place is stunning and full of artistic references to the area and its history. The food is exquisite; the risotto pictured was flavorful and balanced—a 10/10. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, attentive to every customer need. I highly recommend it.
