We stop here again and again on the way to Lake Garda. It's worth trying the fine, regional dishes. Such as B. the eggplant tart or the pasta carbonara with asparagus. A highlight is the Bolliti Misti - various types of cooked meat with salsa verde. Certainly not for hot summer days, but otherwise always a real treat. The homemade tiramisu is also very good. The restaurant is always busy - many locals eat there. Friendly service and fair prices. The detour from the Brenner motorway is definitely worth it.

Convenient restaurant to find just off the motorway, both outside and inside, welcoming and elegant, large dining rooms with excellent food! There is no fixed menu but only à la carte, good first courses with medium/high prices! Advise.

This is the 6th time we’re staying at La Cacciotora during the past 20 years. I have to say, this is my favorite hotel, and with 100+ days of traveling per year, I’ve seen a bit. Of course, for skiing, the hotel is perfect, with a short walk to the lifts and then, within minutes, you’re on the slopes. But what really makes this hotel so extraordinary is the family that runs it, their commitment, warmth and attention to detail is out of this world. Also, the staff is just first class, really nice folks. And then there’s the great food, the luxurious wellness facilities, the super cool wine cellar… I could go on and on. Overall, if you’re coming to Alba or Canazei, this is the top of the shelf go-to-hotel, you will not, never, regret your stay here.

Veramente da Consigliare e soprattutto da tornarci più volte. Difficile trovare una pecca in tutto e per tutto. Unico problema è il parcheggio, che non è mai abbastanza grande.

Posizione stupenda, ampio parcheggio. Belle sale con tavoli distanziati il giusto e ben apparecchiati. Buoni i piatti: tortino di melenzane, pappardelle con selvaggina, piatto tipico trentino (stupendo) e tortino al cioccolato. Buono il quartino di vino rosso della casa. Un buon caffè per chiudere in bellezza. Cucina saporito e comunque leggera (leggi crauti non troppo piccanti). Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio veloce all'inizio del pranzo, un po' lento verso la fine. Servizi igienici puliti ed inodori, con una nota raffinata: salviette in cotone come asciugamani. Non è da tutti.
