Hotel Ristorante Martinelli In Ronzo-chienis

We had a wonderful time at this agriturismo, one of the first in Trentino. It has remained authentic and genuine, generation after generation, with a genuinely traditional menu, a true guarantee and a true pleasure for the palate. No frills, just good food made with the agriturismo's own ingredients, starting with the corn for the ever-present polenta. A special treat: the Torta del Fiorello has returned, although it's no longer called that, but it's definitely worth trying!

A truly positive experience. Everything was excellent, from the homemade gnocchi to the main courses of stew, salted meat, rabbit, and tosella. 😋😋 I'll definitely be back!!! 🥩🥓🧀🍷✌
