Spectacular place, with impressive views and with all the details for those who practice winter and summer sports, they bring you equipment...room to leave them etc. They are great!! Thank you very much for making our vacation so pleasant.

Small but cozy and clean room; very varied and good breakfast (contrary to the reviews, everything was there - sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, muesli, eggs, omelette, pastries, ...); friendly reception and courteous service; We liked it - we were very satisfied!😍

Elegant hotel overlooking the Madonna di Campiglio valley. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, it's a pity that it was very noisy during the night (perhaps near the structure's heating plant?). The spa is also of an excellent standard. A sore point is the restaurant, the overall quality is really poor, as are the staff: disoriented and very awkward, not at the level of a 4 star superior. Shuttle service to the lifts and ski rooms.

The restaurant is awesome. All the waiters are the best. The people in the reservation are so nice and the shuttle service is so good Sergio is the best man. thanks

Fantastic location, super efficient ski bus service. Very rich breakfast in a room with a breathtaking view. Better attention to detail in cleaning would make it excellent. The covered garage with direct access to the skiroom and the hotel is a nice convenience. The staff is kind and attentive. The services offered by the SPA are excellent

We had a room for 3, unfortunately it was in the corner of the eaves and there was no head room for 70% of the space, manoeuvring around was difficult. It was clean but there weren't enough hooks or areas for the suitcases. Quite location easy reach to the centre. We booked spa 4 weeks in advance, and they couldn't find our booking, which was irritating. However, they did let us in once I let them know who confirmed via email. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was poor for vegetarians even though I was ordering from the a la carte menu. Same vegetables and bland taste throughout, considering the hotel rating and price I expected much better.

I was in this hotel with a group of friends in the last week of February we found terrible weather, terrible this was the third consecutive year in Campiglio. the Hotel is well structured although the location in my opinion is a bit questionable compared to the structures in the centre, Madonna is the little square..!! However, the internal common spaces are excellent with a nice dining room overlooking the ski slopes and Campiglio, it's a shame the rooms are a little small but still average. Really friendly and kind staff, attentive and very helpful in solving any type of problem. The excellent Spa with a beautiful swimming pool equipped with hydromassages, a high-quality wellness room with sauna and Turkish bath, and a truly excellent space dedicated to children. Pay attention to the prices of the restaurant bar which in my opinion are very expensive compared to Madonna's standards, even those of the refuges located on the slopes and in any case outside of any logic I would dare say to report to some association for the protection of customers...!!!
