24/08/2025: We stopped at this chalet for a sweet break based on the numerous reviews, and we weren't wrong! The staff are incredibly friendly, and a special thanks goes to Vasco, who took such good care of us and even recommended a dessert...the Emperor's Fritters, which I thought were divine! My husband had the classic Steudel, which was also delicious! Well done! Keep up the good work!

The owner is helpful and very kind, attentive to cross-contamination. Last but not least: they serve food very late (we ate at 11:30 PM).

During the winter, it's truly wonderful—an endless selection of grappas, liqueurs, and typical local products that showcase the region and its traditions. All served with care and kindness, by a staff that's always smiling and helpful. The bar service is truly top-notch: fast, professional, but with that touch of human warmth that makes all the difference. Whether for a quick coffee, an aperitif, or a moment of relaxation in the square, this place is a must-see if you're passing through Arco. 01/11/2025: The place looks a bit nondescript, as if nothing has changed since the 90s, but the food was very tasty, the portions were huge, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were low. The cover charge is 1.5 euros per person. The staff speaks only Italian.

28/09/2025: For many, many years now, we've been retreating to Madonna di Campiglio whenever we get the chance, and the Cristal Palace Hotel is a jewel in its crown. You can enjoy a breathtaking view... peace, tranquility, and a truly magical atmosphere... holidays here are simply a fairytale! The rooms are wonderful, impeccably clean... the food is top-notch... and then??? And then the staff... is nothing short of amazing... super welcoming and helpful: Ottavia, Massamba at reception, the Maître d' in the dining room with Giuseppe and the others—I hope I don't mind because I don't remember all their names—Isabella, the SPA manager (unique).... they make you feel at home... pampered in every way possible... so not only do I highly recommend it... but I think it's an experience you absolutely must have, one you'll remember tomorrow, the day after, and forever. 26/09/2025: I just finished a review on Booking.com and felt it was my duty to leave it here on Google, because it's only right that passion and professionalism be recognized. From the first to the last moment, everything was impeccable: a warm welcome, a staff always smiling and helpful, spaces meticulously maintained, and a level of comfort that exceeded all expectations. It's classified as a 4*S, but the truth is, it fully deserves a 5-star rating... and maybe even more! We ended our vacation perfectly, just as we hoped: total relaxation, pampering, and quality in every service. Thank you so much to all the staff: you made us feel special. We will definitely be back!
