Magnificent! Carbonara made very well, 10/10, fries cooked impeccably, excellent service, kind and knowledgeable! Excellent location, well ventilated. Delicious coffee. Really excellent!!!! I would add the Pentte Tex pasta, superior!!!! Delicious, absolutely try them!!!!

We always love returning to TEX. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent. The focaccia with Recco cheese is second to none, TOP!!! Highly recommended

07/04/2026: The food is delicious, both now and last year. Small drawbacks include a very long wait for gluten-free dishes, a meal delivered after everyone else had finished eating, and having to ask for a dessert. Overall, the overall impression was very positive. Live music. A pleasant dinner.
28/03/2026: Was not expecting such great food all the way on top of the slope. Service amazing as well, not to mention the views.
