17/08/2025: This hotel is definitely worth considering as a base for exploring the beauty of Tuscany... Located 10 minutes from San Gimigliano, 25 minutes from Florence, and 35 minutes from Siena... Clean and spacious rooms...they have everything you need, including a small fridge, even a small TV... But who cares... The small pool was not accessible; they say it's covered due to a fault, so if it were, it needs to be repaired urgently...it's an added bonus! Something needs to be improved throughout, starting with breakfast; it's a shame, with so little, the hotel could be revitalized and given its proper shine! Ample outdoor parking and several businesses right next door, including a McDonald's... Sushi, Pam! Adjacent bar/tobacconist... Very friendly and helpful staff...

02/02/2025: Low quality cuisine, the waiters smell of sweat and pollute the whole room, furthermore nothing ever arrives, say slow and give a compliment. I had been there years before, to be avoided in my opinion

28/06/2025: Small cone 3 euros, the counter clerk took the cone with his hands without gloves and without first taking a bit of paper. I took two flavors, yogurt and pistachio, both without the slightest flavor....... Oh obviously he didn't even issue the receipt.

31/08/2025: Tourist trap, crappy ice cream of low quality sold at a gold price. Stay away, this is a suggestion that will save you money and disappointment given to you from a true gelato expert.

25/08/2025: Overpriced! Paid €26 for 4 ice creams with 2 scoops… more than double what we paid elsewhere! They're still good 😅

16/08/2025: This restaurant, while pretty from the outside, turned out to be the perfect tourist trap! The food is completely average, and the waiters don't even bother to crack a smile. Avoid!

09/08/2025: Simply avoid. Servers who barely give us time to leave our meal and wait with dishcloths in hand for us to leave. We're still waiting for someone to come and take our order for the rest of our meal. As for the food, the truffle risotto...certainly a revisited dish; it should be called risotto with truffle vermicelli...not bad. Good atmosphere nonetheless thanks to the lively place. We had the rest of our meal across the street.

12/07/2025: Ottimo per un crostone e pera pausa al fresco del bosco accanto a Gargano. Presenti anche piatti più elaborati e vendita di formaggi ed altro al suo interno. Da provare

26/04/2025: La posizione sarebbe anche buona con un bel panorama, ma il personale è veramente pessimo, la gentilezza e l’educazione non sanno neanche cosa siano. Uno dei peggiori locali in cui sia mai stato. Sconsiglio vivamente.

04/06/2025: Café frío y débil. Yogur servido en vasos de plástico sin sabor. Evita desayunar. No puedo comentar sobre otras comidas.

02/06/2025: La poca cortesia che io ho ricevuto ieri dal personale è stata quasi al limite della maleducazione. Capisco che l’1 o il 2 giugno possa esserci stata molta affluenza e che il barista potesse essere stanco/stressato ma entrare nel bar per gustare un buon caffè al bancone e dover andar via con l’amaro in bocca della rispostaccia ricevuta è stato davvero poco spiacevole.

22/08/2025: Unfortunately, the food was neither good nor tasty. The service was truly terrible; the dishes were served like Frisbees, but there was a very kind woman there. I wouldn't recommend it!!

25/08/2025: Cheap food is the only thing this place has going for it. This is not the place If you want a good atmosphere and the feeling that you are appreciated. Staff seams annoyed by your existence for no reason at all.

25/08/2025: We have chosen this restaurant coincidentally as good rated restaurants were having a siesta time. As we have seen quite few people sitting around we have made a decision to stay there, and it was our biggest mistake. The waiter quite confused came back to us few times and with no attention took our order. First we didn’t receive our plates as we had shared pizzas. Secondly brought us water instead of beer mixing up orders from other table. Pizza was disappointing and really disgusting, I would say any pizza from supermarket would taste better. Whenever came to pay for our receipt waiter asked me which order was ours, not knowing which notes belonged to which table. We ordered Margherita for: 7euro Prosciutto: 8.50 (that was normal ham not real prosciutto) & glass of Fanta, one glass of orange juice and one beer. We ended up with 40euro bill. When I asked why there is overcharge they told me about 8euro charge for preparing our table. We ate only half of pizza as my wife didn’t want to touch it after few bites. When I told the cashier that pizza was bad he could not take any negative opinion arguing with me. Please 🙏 don’t go there if you really appreciate quality and expect having a good family time…

27/07/2025: Apart from its prime location this place is just a tourist trap. No italian person working there. We had three different plates of pasta and they were tasteless. The tartufo in one plate was like eating a chewing gum. Totally disappointed! Will never go there another time.

23/07/2025: You can tell a lot about an establishment by their restroom. Unfortunately, we had already ordered when I saw the filth and stench. Our steak was pure fat, and the Tuscan soup was all bread. I asked for a box to take the food to our hotel because I felt bad wasting it, and the Romanian manager said it’s not possible. She was awful and rude. I’m only giving 2 stars because our Moroccan waiter was wonderful. There are so many wonderful real Italian restaurants in the Piazza, avoid this one!

25/07/2025: Pedí una pizza y un Mohito, todo iba bien hasta que encontré pelo en medio de beber en un vaso... Problemas de limpieza. No volveré aquí por segunda vez

07/07/2025: Nous étions en famille. Nous avons commandé 2 bruschetta (pour presque 12€ l'unité) et des boissons. On nous a apporté des tranches de pain blanc épais avec un minimum d'ingrédients dessus (j'imagine pour aller à l'économie) et sans aucune saveur. Même pas pris le soin d'assaisonner un minimum les tomates. On retrouvait des vagues traces de mozzarella. En Bref, une volonté à peine dissimulée de faire payer les touristes sans s'inquiéter de ce qu'on leur sert. Manque de respect du client. Passez votre chemin.

14/06/2025: So I've never seen this before, I take a bottle of wine, the waitress serves 2 full glasses! Without showing the bottle and without letting you taste, she notices that there is a bit of cork in one glass and without saying anything goes to throw the glass away!!! I ask her where it is? She tells me we'll give you a discount!!!!! I'm hallucinating! And no action to correct this basic error. Either the meal was okay!
