Very, very good! The pasta tagliatelle with Tuscan meat Ragu was absolutely deliacous and the truffle with tagliatelle was also perfect!

20/04/2026: With a group of friends, heading out for the Eroica by motorbike, we stopped at this restaurant located in the pedestrian center of Gaiole. The service, the quality of the food, and the outdoor setting were perfect. A small criticism of the quantity, which is why I only gave it 4 stars... a few more forkfuls, given the type of guests (all, or almost all, for the same reason), wouldn't have hurt. I absolutely recommend it!!!
