01/02/2026: Great atmosphere, great food, they treat you like at home. Delicious pappardelle with wild boar. And the tagliata steak is delicious, both the one with pepper and the one with arugula and parmesan.

24/12/2025: A charming and surprisingly interesting place. Excellent and fast service. Delicious and tasty pizza and focaccia dough. Try the cecina: extraordinary.

24/12/2025: A historic restaurant in Pisa, and in my opinion, the best cecina in the city...and not only that, the menu offers a wide selection of schiacciatine for all tastes, as well as pizza. Highly recommended.

08/07/2026: Perfect in every way! 🇮🇹The food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the ingredients tasted high quality. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cozy, elegant, and made for a wonderful dining experience. If you’re looking for excellent Italian food, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

14/07/2026: A small, intimate location, not huge, but very welcoming; on some days of the week in the summer, you can even eat outside. The food I tried was truly amazing. Everything was delicious, but if I had to express a favorite, the wild boar pici... THEY'RE SUPER GOOD!!!! 🐗🐗🐗🐗, as was the wild boar I had as a main course, AMAZING!!!! Ludovico, Roberto, and Ginevra pamper you and guide you through their dishes. Excellent wine selection. I also tried the truffle dishes, top! In short, I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this place, from the appetizer to the coffee... which, by the way, they have three different blends, also top-notch, quite different from the usual, sad, coffee they usually serve you at the end of lunch/dinner. Go there, you'll definitely be very satisfied.

10/06/2026: Excellent raw materials. Both the cold cuts and the truffles. I would have liked the cold cuts to be a little more generous. Anyway, I'd go back.

16/07/2026: The plan was to find a pizza restaurant to take pizza to the room. But the place looked very inviting and we decided to eat there instead. Everything was absolutely great, very good menu and nice staff. The restaurant can be a bit difficult to find, but that makes it even nicer.

15/07/2026: I ordered a wagon wheel pizza for the modest price of €9 for a tomato pizza (with raw tomato, by the way) and a little pecorino cheese. The dough is tough and heavy, and the tomato is not seasoned, not even a drizzle of oil on a €9 pizza that has nothing to do with a wagon wheel. I definitely won't be returning.

21/12/2025: We went to Casale la Piaggia for dinner with friends. The place is truly beautiful and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The dinner was excellent: truly tasty and well-balanced dishes, a perfect combination of high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. 21/12/2025: Dinner with friends, a wonderful surprise, with a very refined atmosphere. The "whatever you eat" menu is worth trying; I wasn't disappointed. Local produce, or even their own, is served. The price is fair for the dinner offered. There's no à la carte menu, and everything offered is top-quality and seasonal. We'll definitely be back to try other delicious options. Congratulations!

10/07/2026: One star because it's the only thing that can be given less. Not for the product, because it's excellent. But for the way you're treated. Cream is slapped on you with a vengeance, as if you were asking for an extra favor. Considering the price of the ice cream, you'd expect at least respectful service. I wanted to tell the employees directly, but I figured it wasn't my place.

18/04/2026: This has become our favorite place to take friends to eat when they come to Volterra. The 360 views are absolutely magnificent. Wonderful lunch with seasonal dishes. Owners and staff are very nice and extremely accommodating if someone in your group has dietary restrictions. Recommend you call ahead to reserve.

23/05/2026: Our favorite place. Pizzerias like this are becoming rarer and rarer. Giovanni is a true artist of pizza and leavened products. Together with Oksana and the rest of the staff, he manages to make this pizzeria a place where you truly feel like you're receiving service delivered with passion and attention. An experience you're more than happy to pay for. For us, it's the best in Pisa, hands down. (We've been to them all)

17/06/2026: This little shop off the beaten track was well worth the detour. From the outside looks scruffy and unassuming. However inside the service was welcoming and extremely helpful with the options. Lots of choices and different combinations to make it your way. A couple of seats are available but we took ours to go and ate them by the leaning tower (a couple minutes walk away) If you are simply vegetarian and a bit fed up of pizza and pasta this will float your boat, tingle your taste buds and expand your palette.
