01/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. We ordered takeout pizzas and cecina on Saturday, July 9, 2025. The pizzas had decent toppings, but the dough was unworkable: hard and poorly risen, it was difficult to cut and eat. The cecina was a joke: probably leftover from days before and put back on the pan to defrost, the dough was clearly soaked with water from the thawing process. Inedible. This was our first time ordering pizzas from this place, and never again. We're sorry because we're local, but that's just not the way to work.

22/07/2025: Very nice place with a lovely outdoor space. Very professional and friendly staff. Last but not least, the pizzas are very good. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: We started with a starter of prosciutto and fried pasta for me, and prosciutto and burrata for my partner. We then continued with a spicy salami pizza for me and a Margherita and buffalo mozzarella for my boyfriend. Everything was really good and light. The price was also really good considering the quality of the ingredients. The staff was also friendly. Highly recommended.

30/05/2025: Thank you so much Ive been living in pisa for 3 years and everytime i go out at night this place is the best place to grab a quick snack, its extremely clean and the raviolis are made on demand. The lady is always super sweet thanks again

13/05/2025: Best dumpling in Pisa!! Definitely the best I have eaten, she makes them handmade!! the portions are big and well made They have shrimp, pork, meat, chicken and vegetable options

04/07/2025: Update July 25 and also the pizza needs to be eliminated poor quality raw materials industrial cheese of the sticky and soft kind passed off as fiordilatte terrible dough price for Margherita 7.50 in 2024 had raised the prices but the quality was there now high prices and terrible quality of the products.... not even a shadow of what it used to be..... Too bad for me it was a must ... 8/5/24 they have changed policy and menu. Raised the prices. Eliminated the chips included in the hamburger dish, they must be purchased separately, you have to pay for ketchup and mayonnaise (1€) but you have to pay for them. Why all this? To align themselves with the prices of other places... so they decided to align themselves downwards!... enough with raising prices and offering inferior services!!! Those who are employed on a fixed salary and everything is taxed...cannot pass on the price increase to anyone, we are the last link in the chain...the only choice we have is to no longer go out to dinner or choose and reward those places that make an ETHICAL choice! Then in Pisa the economy of the places is practically supported by university students... historically not very rich... think about it before losing customers... frankly, next time before coming to you I will look around and look for other places. I will no longer come blind!

02/07/2025: We chose looking for Google reviews. We were not disappointed. 🍕 Delicious, the one with truffles is amazing. Nice atmosphere. Even though we didn't have a reservation, a table was found for us. Very tasty and nice.

29/06/2025: Visitamos este restaurante dos veces en la semana cuando nos alojamos en Colleoli y en ambas ocasiones disfrutamos de excelente comida y hospitalidad. El menú era variado, pero de un tamaño que denota todo lo que se ofrece se preparó en el lugar. Los filetes se cocinan a fuego abierto y son deliciosos (y grandes). Me sorprendió un poco el “cochinillo” que era más como un filete de cerdo pero muy tierno cubierto de una deliciosa salsa. Tanto la casa de vinos blancos y tintos eran buenos. No tenía suficiente espacio para pudines, pero los que se muestran se veían deliciosos. Volvería a este encantador restaurante en cualquier visita a la zona. Si es posible, elegiría comer fuera, ya que comer en nos encontramos un poco caliente - apareció sin previo aviso la primera vez y todos los ventiladores se llevaron. Sin embargo, el comedor interno era hermoso, así como todo el edificio. Por último, quisiera señalar que el personal en servicio es encantador y un gran crédito para la señora que dirige toda la operación.

10/08/2025: A fantastic place! For the atmosphere, the service, the wine, the punch!!!! My favorite thing? After a plate of clam pasta and fried sardines washed down with a good organic white wine, enjoying a punch on a deckchair by the river... what more could you ask for?

15/08/2025: Good food, but extremely slow service despite the small crowd. The starters didn't all arrive at the same time, and we're still waiting for the cheese.

12/08/2025: A truly charming location, with a play area that makes it ideal for families with children. The food is good, rich in flavor, and carefully prepared. The service is courteous, fast, and attentive to customer needs. The only point to review: the cover charge (€2.50 per person) seemed a bit high compared to the average. Overall, a very positive experience that I would recommend.

24/07/2025: Tuscany on a plate!!! It was an unforgettable evening!!!! We returned after 4 years and it was MAGIC!!!!!! Go and eat the Florentine steak, the appetizers, and even the dessert... everything will make you cry with joy!!!

24/07/2025: The house made Spagetti with Tuscan white meat sauce was simply outstanding as was the fillets with wild porcini mushrooms

06/08/2025: A lovely restaurant with an authentic atmosphere and truly incredible value for money. Delicious pizzas and a variety of other dishes, including gluten-free options. Friendly and attentive service. It's best to make a reservation on weekends, as you can also sit outside in the evening. Highly recommended!

16/07/2025: The kitchen forgot about our order so we had to wait for 90 minutes watching everyone around us being served but instead of just owning up to the problem when we asked the waiter, we were blamed for a complicated order and we had to wait another 30 minutes. (2 pizzas, 1 pasta with tomato and a piece of lasagna). These things happen, but did feel that once they were aware of the problem, they did not respond as could be expected. Once the food did arrive it was fine. Nothing spectacular, but nothing wrong with it either. On the plus side, prices are reasonable and the ambience in the restaurant was great and the view over the Tuscany landscape stunning.

25/07/2025: The best kebab ever, friendly staff who bend over backwards! My son wanted a hot dog, so we were looking for sausages just for him. Meal for 4 not even 21 euros with drink, fries, sandwich
