16/07/2024: I can't believe the positive reviews given to this place, given that the ice cream tastes like NOTHING and all the flavors are similar to each other! I wanted to try this ice cream shop again after some time, but unfortunately it disappointed me again. Furthermore, there is little choice and the prices are high (small ice cream 3 euros). Positive notes: the courteous staff and the generous portions, which make you almost forget the cost. But ice cream is something else, and there are many much better ice cream shops! Sin.

15/07/2024: Good... I ate really well, the meat was really excellent. Too bad about the portions, which I expected to be more generous given the not so modest prices. Also disappointed by the beer, better than the usual pizzeria but I expected more from a BEERsteccheria. Would I go back? Yes, I still ate well, the staff is friendly, and in the end you pay a few euros more for eating well.

06/07/2024: The food was excellent, the only flaw was the bill, for two burgers with chips, a beer and a Coca-Cola €50. Ah, some advice... it's €2.50 cover charge but you can't charge one euro each for mayonnaise and ketchup... it's illegal!!!

17/08/2024: The restaurant itself is quite ok but the service 0 points for the ticket we waited a long time then we got for €5 4 old hard three-day pieces of chelba which was like sawdust and a greasy bottle of olive oil which was completely at the bottom. We immediately returned this saying that it is old bread and it is not good and we do not want it. Anyway, it was on the bill and to my objections that I was not willing to pay for it as the bread was old and the disgusting journalist with rolling eyes said that we should have soaked it in oil and we didn't even get a plate and that we had to pay for it. Food about nothing absolutely nothing interesting caccio e peppe one of the weakest I've had drowned in "sauce" After asking for the bill, it took about 10 minutes for the waiter to bring the bill to the table and another 15 minutes for the terminal to arrive. The only good thing was wine and mineral water🥲 Thank you never again

17/08/2024: Ate unprecedented pastas, with a delicious wine. Then take a bottle of limoncello home. Definitely recommended. The atmosphere is good and the staff friendly. We were with 2 young children. Well done!

11/08/2024: We spent a relaxing Sunday by the pool in this property located in a wonderful place among the San Miniato hills. Attention to detail in each environment; both outdoors and indoors. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant quality. An experience to absolutely repeat.

07/08/2024: locale storico in pieno centro, a due passi dalla Torre, molto contenuto in dimensioni e necessita la prenotazione. Tipico menù terra toscano, valido. Buona carta dei vini. Il mucco pisano è una buona bistecca da provare.

31/07/2024: Best experience this time in Italy. What a service and fun crowd lifted the atmosphere. The food was interesting first time eating rabbit and I even tried chicken liver.

11/08/2024: A culinary highlight in a restaurant at the end of the world. Never had Italian food as good as at Il Granaio, the Filetto Porcini is a dream, as is the starter plate with cheese and ham and the duck risotto. If you're on holiday here, you shouldn't miss this restaurant. The price is worth every penny and the quality of the food is second to none. Very friendly and attentive service. If we lived in this area, we would be here every month.

01/06/2024: On the plus side, the place, magnificent and well located, spacious room, well equipped and clean. Pretty common areas. The dinners at the restaurant are exceptional, among the best we had during our trip to Tuscany. To report an employee - alas! - exceptional, the waitress Nora at the restaurant for dinner, lively, competent, exceptionally welcoming and talkative, with whom unfortunately we only had to deal one evening... thanks to her. On the passive side, the personal - customer interface. A disaster in an establishment like this. The only welcome words: "passports"... you sense from the moment you arrive that the customer is disturbing. Impression confirmed later... at breakfast a young, grumpy and totally mute woman hides everything she can to avoid having to deal with you, getting a drink on the terrace in the evening is an obstacle course, no one at home reception, no one anywhere... Amazing! Fortunately young Nora was there...

30/05/2024: After several years of being a guest in the villa, I feel like providing an objective and correct review. It is a historic villa from the 16th century which has its own structure and is wonderful as it is with the splendid park that surrounds it. They have spacious and well-kept rooms, cleanliness and service are very accurate. Of course there are well-defined spaces and it is certainly not a "modern" hotel but the beauty of the environment lies in this. The breakfast service, where you have a very well-stocked buffet available, is excellent. As for the desserts, I would like to underline that most of them are made by them and are delicious, fresh and of excellent taste. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is greatly appreciated, for me who spends a lot of time away from home, it is something priceless. The restaurant has a large, quality menu, with fresh ingredients; they are very attentive to intolerances and the foods used and their availability towards the needs of all customers is added value. The place is dreamlike, out of time, and the silence of the environment allows you to feel really good, whether you are on holiday or away on business.

03/08/2024: The doner kebab was very good. We came to Pisa for the first time and I have never eaten a doner kebab like this one. Normally I never eat chicken doner because I don't like it. But the doner kebab here is really great. It's great with its sauces and salad. There was a friendly and fast service. I say good job. Thanks again.

11/08/2024: We know this beautiful inn, where we have had several dinners, including corporate ones... but unfortunately last night we were We were disappointed by the service which was not at all professional, as we asked for information on the courses (starter not marked) and then only partially arrived, but We received a resolute response from the Waitress and then reiterated with little politeness from the owner, the Which one came to my mother-in-law, asking what the problem was, given the Your complaints... in the meantime my mother-in-law was playing in the garden with my son... so he wasn't even at the table!!! thanks but we will never go back again, Education and respect for people is everything and we have lacked it!!!
