A small place downtown but with a huge selection; delicious burgers, sausages, and cheese! Worth a visit because the owner is very attentive to the origins and quality of his products! (One small flaw is that it's basically takeout only, but there are plenty of benches and eating areas in the area.)

So lovely to have a vegan place in Pisa! Very accommodating with my gluten free requirement (yummy gluten free bread) and the cafe has an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The owner seems lovely. Highly recommend!

A lovely little spot, quietly situated on a side street. We received such a warm welcome; everything was explained to us, and we were given tips for delicious food. The ravioli with green pesto are highly recommended. We finished with a delicious espresso. It made our day in Pisa even sweeter 😊

Lots of options between sandwiches and plant-based protein sources, as a non-vegan I really appreciated it, so I really recommend everyone to try it. The staff is super kind and welcoming and it is located between Via Santa Maria and Piazza Dante, so it is perfect for lunch breaks for students and university staff. We collectively try to support these companies that offer alternatives to meat.
