16/06/2026: We chose this property based on the excellent reviews, but the experience didn't meet our expectations. The breakfast was rather poor, with little choice and dry croissants. The double bed was actually two singles, the windows lacked screens, and the air conditioning was very noisy. The pool was under maintenance, but this wasn't mentioned when we booked. The worst part was that, after the room was cleaned, the door was left wide open with all our belongings inside. This was an unacceptable lack of attention to safety. Nothing concrete was done to address this incident. The owner simply repeated his embarrassment every time we met, but offered no solution. This ended up creating an uncomfortable situation every time we left the property.

14/06/2026: Incredible food and the most friendly service!! We went 3 times in a week because we had such a great experience. Really recommend the hamburger and pork dish and the desserts are all really delicious

19/03/2026: A beautiful, large, and well-maintained restaurant. The place is quiet, the staff very friendly and professional. We went for dinner and had a delicious 1.5 kg steak of exceptional quality and a delicious plate of roast potatoes. There's plenty of green space where you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors under the shade of the trees, and ample parking.

10/06/2026: Every year I come to Pisa to rest a few days before I start leading my next painting Holiday. Every year we can’t wait to see Lorenzo and his wife, owners & chef of Pane a Vino. We never look at the menu, we just ask Lorenzo what he has prepared that day as his special! He always has the perfect wine to pair it with. This is always one of our highlights in coming to Italy - a relaxing evening on the family-friendly Piazza off out of the flow where the tourists go enjoying an amazing meal of Lorenzo’s!!!

10/06/2026: Best coffee in San Miniato ! And of course the best "cornetto ripieno" and " pastine". Very nuce atmosphere inside and outside, especially with the morning view of the Piazza with the same name. If you want to feel the italian vibrant life go in the morning and have a coffee outside !

29/06/2026: Very welcoming place, delicious and easy-to-digest pizza with truly excellent quality ingredients!! The fried pasta with raw ham as an appetizer and the berry cheesecake are also excellent. Very knowledgeable, fast, and cheerful staff! We were there two nights ago for the second time and sat in the outdoor area, which was very nice and comfortable despite the heat. We will definitely be back, especially since it's so close to home. Highly recommended pizzeria!!

16/07/2026: If you love and are looking for good, even delicious, gelato, you've definitely found the right place. The owners are kind and always smiling, the ingredients are excellent, the shop is immaculately kept, and the gelato display case is always neat and clean. Convenient parking is available in the area.

06/07/2026: A fantastic place run by wonderful, passionate people. We ate there several times and always left satisfied, even though we were a group of eight. There's something for everyone, including kids :) I recommend the seafood, and the meat is top-notch! Everything is fresh and delicious. What's more, the slightly out-of-the-way location (a short distance from Volterra) is a big plus, with a great atmosphere and truly unforgettable views!

A beautiful place with an incredible view in the heart of Tuscany. The service was very friendly, and the food was incredible. Thank you for the pleasant conversation with our fellow countrywoman. 16/05/2026: A high-class restaurant at an affordable price: it offers original and traditional dishes, all meticulously presented; it's frequented by nice, polite people; it has a very efficient ordering system, allowing you to enjoy your food at your leisure; and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The tempura is crispy, light, and plentiful, the best I've ever had after years of frequenting so many other AYCE restaurants. The ambiance is extremely elegant, with a stunning view of the river. Unmissable (if you can find a seat!)
