Very family atmosphered, open, warm, not chique but very good for some great local food, wine and fun! Tagliata is super nice, green pepper and rosemary but also the one with parmesan and rucolla. Definitely a must if you want to dine like a local!

Food was good, typically Tuscan, lots of meat (delicious tagliata and wild boar), no vegetables. Atmosphere difficult because far too loud in a small room with a high ceiling and only groups at the tables. Unfortunately there is no written menu, everything is communicated verbally without corresponding prices. Pity had a headache afterwards.

If you pass by Buti you cannot miss this restaurant. The cuisine of other times made a job by the great Torment whose legend is carried on by his family. Exquisite dishes made as tradition dictates. Unparalleled value for money. I'm already thinking about how long I'll go back.

Love this place. We discovered it last year and made a point to come back. Everything is in Italian so don't rely on using English to order. They give you a delicious cheesey polenta with your meal at dinner.

Tutto perfetto, dagli antipasti ai primi ai secondi. Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini buonissime. Agnolotti fatti in casa al ragù non plus ultra. Spettacolari sia la preparazione dell'impasto che la cottura che il ripieno. Tagliata al rosmarino strabuona. Accoglienza perfetta, sembra di stare a casa. Tiramisù fatto da loro, molto buono, bello cremoso e bagnato.

Buona qualità delle materie prime , le porzioni un po' troppo minimaliste considerando anche il prezzo finale .Dopo un antipasto , primo , secondo ..siamo usciti con la fame .

16/02/2024: Personale gentile. Buon tagliere, aggiungerei qualche formaggio in più. Ottimi i pici, da rivedere invece la tagliata con i porcini. Molto buoni ed abbondanti i i porcini, da migliorare la carne. Tagliere di salumi, due primi una tagliata e mezzo litro di vino della casa 73€

16/03/2024: Incredible pizzas in a wood-fired oven that you can see how they are being made, very cozy atmosphere, good place to eat pizza in Pisa!!.
19/02/2024: Very friendly and nice staff. I frequent it as it is close to the university. The dough needs to be reviewed, very soft and difficult to digest, I hope they make it crunchier.
