19/09/2025: Osteria dell'Orologio is located under the portico of the clock tower. The service is prompt, attentive, and very friendly. The dishes are simple but perfectly prepared and therefore delicious (we had, among other things, fritto misto). Highly recommended!

11/09/2025: A good restaurant in the center of Orbetello. The ambiance, however, leaves something to be desired. The menu should be a showcase for the restaurant, but unfortunately, in this case, it isn't. Worn and tattered are polite descriptions. The food is still good, and the service is committed to satisfying its guests.

30/10/2025: The food (pizza and pizza by the slice) were better some time ago, but the worst thing was the owner, who was very rude when answering questions.

15/10/2025: We had pizza. It was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. The service was a bit lackluster, but it was okay. We would go back anytime.

15/08/2025: Disgusting place, owner takes advantage of tourist customers. I absolutely recommend avoiding it, both for the prices and the quality. I'm the owner of the €24 on August 15th, the only customer, treated badly. I hope the place goes bankrupt and closes down.

08/07/2025: The croissants for breakfast are delicious, and the pizza bianca with excellent Tuscan ham is fantastic! You can also enjoy a sit-down lunch with simple, fresh dishes made on the spot. The service is friendly and prompt. The nearby hotel was right to recommend this place to me. 😃

05/11/2025: The pizza is really good, nothing to complain about, but 4 euros for a slice seems excessive. And the clerk seems constantly annoyed.

23/08/2025: We ordered a Margherita pizza to go. The dough was leavened and light, but the toppings were quite salty, uneven (parts of the pizza were completely white), and the dough was poorly rolled out (the sides were very thick and the center so thin that it was difficult to lift the slice). I don't think I'll be back.

02/08/2025: Locale molto ampio, era sabato sera e quindi molto frequentato.Sorvolo sulla cameriera che ci ha lanciato il menu' ,perché il cameriere giovane ci ha serviti e coccolati per tutta la serata.Abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti misti di salumi e bruschette, 1 primo di pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale buonissimi e un filetto di qualità eccellente; 1 porzione di patate al forno (nella media) e 2 tiramisù squisiti.C'è un camino dove si preparano bistecche e carni alla brace.Il servizio velocissimo.Ci tornerei.Consigliato.

24/07/2025: Buona cucina locale con una vista che vale il viaggio (consigliato prenotare il tavolo sulla terrazza panoramica). Buono anche il servizio e prezzi più che onesti.

14/07/2025: Along the Aurelia. Despite the less than ideal location, the rooms are quiet. Cleanliness and amenities are good. The only drawback is the uncomfortable mattress. They offer a good breakfast with sweet treats and savory options upon request. The rooms have a refrigerator and mosquito nets. The price is excellent for the area and its proximity to the seaside. However, you'll need a car to get around.

12/10/2025: Dropped in for lunch and oh my God they do woodfired pizzas. Also share a Caprese salad. Food was divine, pizzas were on point. Definitely recommend if you're in this area.

13/07/2025: Tuvimos una experiencia bastante inusual en este restaurante. Tan pronto como nos sentamos, notamos que había un gato trepando por el techo. En un momento dado, el gato incluso acabó dentro de un armario de porcelana, algo que no es exactamente lo que se esperaría de un comedor. El menú era extremadamente limitado, lo que nos dio muy pocas opciones para elegir. Cuando finalmente llegó la comida (después de una larga espera), la presentación parecía la que verías en una fiesta de cumpleaños infantil: muy básica y nada apetitosa. El pan estaba duro y, en general, el emplatado carecía de imaginación. En el lado positivo, el personal fue amable y acogedor, especialmente con los turistas, lo cual apreciamos. La comida, a pesar de todo, al menos se servía caliente y las bebidas estaban refrescantemente frías. Sin embargo, la experiencia en general fue decepcionante y no volvería. Una comida caliente y un servicio amable no son suficientes para compensar el resto.

Tutto fresco e gustoso. se cercate la classica pasta alle vongole o il pesce arrosto non e questo il posto , il menù consiste in Panini, insalate, centrifugati e spremute io ho preso una Caesar Salad dirrei fantastica e abbondante prezzi abbordabili

15/09/2025: I always preface this by saying 1. I rate considering that the person I rate is putting in (presumably) their utmost effort. 2. My rating is 'relative' to the type of location/restaurant, etc. That is, there can be 5 stars for a campsite as well as for a ***** Superior hotel. Naturally, they have a different 'value'. That said... We wanted to go beyond the current 3.5 reviews, even though, to be honest, they're already a little suspicious (especially given the considerable number of reviews). But considering that our clear and simple goal was focused on a good pizza in a nice setting, we wanted to proceed. Given, basically, the advertised wood-fired oven and that this pizzeria appeared 'convenient' and charming, overlooking the harbor and with ready parking (I'm writing this in mid-September). Result: Simple/rustic setting... appreciable if you like. Without dwelling on some of the details, among which the white plastic chairs that no longer even have speakers stand out... the tablecloths🤦... Pizzas. More than decent. Thin dough that you may or may not like, as opposed to the "thick and fluffy" one. Negative notes. *A: "Have you booked?", a bit indignant upon arrival. Please note... with 80% of the tables empty at the time and remaining that way until we left, it seemed truly unwelcoming. *A final coffee that, if not the worst I've ever had, is certainly tops. Indescribable, unsuspecting. Like a second, maybe third, serving. * The final price for two pizzas + two medium beers + one water + one coffee was close to 50 euros... Not fair. Unacceptable: 6.50 euros for an ordinary medium beer... never seen that before. Undoubtedly a beautiful location, convenient, but never again.

29/08/2025: As you can see from my profile, I'm not usually given overly negative reviews, but unfortunately, we had a rather unpleasant experience here. Knowing the area is very busy, we booked that same evening, but when we arrived, despite several waitresses present, no one greeted us. We were eventually led to our table, next to a rather chaotic and cluttered counter—not exactly a great place. Overall, the place is still nice, rustic, and certainly enjoys a beautiful view of the harbor from above, despite being tucked away from the city center. We ordered a Napoli pizza and a slice of grilled swordfish, which turned out to be breaded and wallowing in a sea of ​​oil; the fish itself had no real flavor. The pizza wasn't the best either; the sauce was very watery and the mozzarella melted in chunks. The food didn't leave a great impression, but what really went wrong was the service. Not just the wait at the entrance, which is understandable, but also (and especially) afterwards: first, no one brings us menus, and then, a long time later, my fish arrives. No sign of the pizza. We even asked for information, but everything was rather vague about the preparation. In the end, it arrived long after I'd already finished the fish, so we ate at different times, which is something that really shouldn't happen. The quality-price ratio, given what we tasted, was absolutely not worth it. Besides the slow service, it should also be said that the girls weren't very helpful.

07/09/2025: We expressed uncertainty about arriving on time for check-in at 9 PM (the deadline), as we had a black stamp on the street on August 31st. The hotel's only attempt to accommodate us consisted of delaying the payment (expected as an advance payment on the reservation) by a few hours that morning, which was quite pointless. After a heated phone conversation, in which we again mentioned the traffic problem, we arrived only 5 MINUTES late and NO ONE was there! A lack of humanity and courtesy, a mockery, a feigned "help us, accommodate us, and do what they can," when for just 5 MINUTES there was no one to open the door for us. So we didn't use the hotel and we didn't receive a refund, because the money, despite the (obviously pointless) delay of a few hours, had already been deducted! And obviously, we were left without a place to sleep! If you want peace of mind, avoid this establishment. Don't ever arrive at 9:05 PM and be left stranded on the street without a place to stay, even if you paid. Absurd, but true. Terrible.

19/08/2025: The atmosphere is not bad except for a strong smell of incense, the staff is always very polite and helpful... but the prices are out of proportion we paid €7 for a tiny portion of takeaway chips and it's really a lot.

15/08/2025: The pinsas are very good. The only downside is the extra charge for the gluten-free pinsa: +€4.50 seems excessive to me.
