With my wife we had dinner in this restaurant of typical Tuscan cuisine, specialized in carne alla griglia and located in the heart of the historical center of Cortona.
Noi abbiamo ordered: 1 antipasto crostino tuscano with patè di fegatini served with toasted bread and as secondi 1 fillet of pork with prunes and verdi reduction of Vin Santo, 1 tagliata of bistecca alla griglia and finally as dessert 1 carpaccio of finely marinated pineapple and accompanied by artisan gelato alla crema.
Tutto buono exquisitely abundant.
The staff including Jasmin and the owner Romano are welcoming, smiling, competent, professional, cordial, available, and the service is attentive, fast and good prices!!!

The restaurant is housed in the basement of the 13th-century Palazzo Cattani, with numerous tables in two rustic, romantic rooms featuring exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and antique floors.
