Just a happy place to have great food. The owner Roman is the perfect person to run an excellent restaurant. His enthusiasm rubs off on everyone. We had porcini mushroom carpacio, beef tartar, beef cheeks, steak and pasta and every one was well prepared, beautifully seasoned and presented with attention and style. The wine list is extensive and with wide a range of prices. Roman picked our wines which were excellent and very reasonably priced. We finished with beautiful desserts of three chocolate mousse and tiramsiu which were the perfect end. The place is small, endearing and well worth the walk down a steep street.

We loved this restaurant! The service was brilliant, the staff were all friendly and attentive, plus the main waiter who served us was hilarious. You must get a selection of Italian cuts of ham out in the main restaurant area. The pastas and the deserts were all very very good!
